Dickens Opera House was an absolute pleasure to work with for the wedding. Their communication style was quick, communicative, and caring - they were always available to answer our questions and address any concerns. The venue itself was even more impressive in person, with lots of natural lighting, wonderful private rooms, a full bar, and an elevator for guests who couldn't or didn't want to use the stairs. They went above and beyond to ensure the day went smoothly, accommodating our specific food requests and making sure we got exactly what was wanted. I highly recommend Dickens Opera House to any couples looking for a beautiful, versatile wedding venue with a wonderful staff.

The St Vrain is such a beautiful venue with intentionally decorated spaces. Mark and Annie were wonderful to work with and very communicative. We got married in April and unfortunately were unlucky with the weather, however, we didn’t have to worry much since the St Vrain is primarily indoors, spacious and was easily able to accommodate our 120 guests. Some of their recommended vendors were out of our price range so we had to do a little additional research to find the right vendors for us. Overall, we are extremely glad we chose the St Vrain.

I can only say good things about the Greenbriar Inn!! The Greenbriar team was great to work all the way from planning the event to the night of. I encourage you to book this place for upcoming weddings or events. The venue is even more beautiful in person compared with the photos. Planning: GBI team was incredibly detailed and caring about the nuances of planning our event. When we'd come with a suggested plan, they were very engaged in providing strategic recommendations to make it run as smoothly as possible. Property/Grounds: The property is stunning. We received endless compliments from our guests about how beautiful the ceremony site, cocktail hour location, and dining room were. You really feel like you're in a magical oasis. Food & Drink: The food is a highlight of this venue since they are a fine dining restaurant! The appetizers were a hit, especially the mini beef wellingtons. People loved the cupcakes, even though I didn't get the chance to try it! I was nervous about the bar bill given it's a pay-by-drink approach, but the GBI team did a great job proactively trying to keep it as low as possible/within budget. Pets: This venue is pet friendly! They were so amazing about accommodating our dog Leo so he could be there for our special day.

Prior to seeing Lionscrest in person, my top choice was a different venue. After seeing Lionscrest nothing else compared and we looked at 20 venues. It is well maintained, kept up. Lionscrest was so easy to work with, helped develop timelines, includes dishes and linens. The mountain view is amazing. Guest raved about the venue. Staff helped me set up and get ready for the wedding, communication was super easy. We did the venue only option so I could pick catering. It is a family business so no need to worry about turnover of contact staff. Lionscrest goes with the brides vision and keeps the bride in mind. Every wedding is custom to the bride's wishes, it is not cookie cutter! This is the best venue in Colorado and staff are wedding experts. I encourage everyone to look at it, as you will fall in love and this will be the best choice for your wedding. I cant say enough about how amazing Lionscrest is.

Our wedding at The Simon on 8/18/24 was absolutely perfect. From the moment we saw the venue and met Caitlyn, we were blown away. Caitlyn is incredibly organized, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure our day was truly special. The venue itself is stunning, with so many unique spaces that offer different vibes. Whether it was the moody speakeasy or the bright and airy ceremony and reception areas, we felt like we could shape the space to fit our vision. But what sold me where the tables and chairs — they’re modern, beautiful, and included at no extra cost, which was a huge plus. We appreciated the flexibility to bring in our own vendors, but Caitlyn’s recommendations and her effort to build relationships with local vendors made everything so easy. Choosing The Simon was one of the best decisions we made, and our day was absolutely gorgeous thanks to Caitlyn and the entire staff!

Everything went so amazingly well and we were happy with our entire experience from start to finish. They were incredibly accommodating and flexible and catered to our needs/wants to perfection. I was so impressed how smooth everything went the day of the wedding and was constantly complimented on the venue, staff and how wonderful everything went. Our DJ Joe that came with our package was incredible our coordinators Peyton and Misti were amazing as well. They even threw in a few upgrades and gave us a beautiful wedding gift that made our day even more special. I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful wedding and experience.

Sean was easy to work with and even let our planner borrow a few of the museum's black chairs for our musicians to use at our outdoor ceremony earlier in the day. All our guests raved about the beautiful simplicity of the museum's upstairs event space as well as Three Leaf Catering's food. Plus it's great knowing that our rental dollars are going to a local nonprofit. Can't recommend BMoCA enough for your Boulder wedding reception!

The Moxy Hotel Boulder accommodated a room block for several of my wedding guests in August 2024. I had an” great experience working with Katie, Moxy’s Director of Sales. Katie was professional, communicative and accommodating throughout the wedding process. The guests who stayed at Moxy raved about the modern hotel features, the roof top views and the location, which really provides the best of both worlds in Boulder: it is a 15-20min walk from both downtown Boulder and the famous Chautauqua Park. I really appreciate Moxy Boulder providing an excellent experience to my friends and family during our wedding weekend. I highly recommend working with this hotel on any personal or professional event.

The Platte River Fort is an absolutely beautiful venue! We had our wedding there and I wouldn’t have wanted to get married anywhere else. We coordinated with Cindy and she was beyond helpful helping us book and getting everything ready for our big day. The only reason I wouldn’t give this place 5 stars is all of the hidden fees that were not mentioned or included in the package we booked. Long story short, you will all of a sudden find yourself paying them hourly after you have paid for a whole package and then some. The owners and management need to be more clear on every detail. And of course as many places and events are, the alcohol and bartenders are triple the amount. It would’ve been cheaper to hire a third party bartending vendor to come serve.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience at Flagstaff House for our wedding! From the moment we first reached out, the team was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel like our special day was just as important to them as it was to us. I had a tall order - I began planning my wedding just 2 and a half months before I had set the date, which was also my birthday, and over a holiday weekend. Hosting a party of 45, we were amazed by the level of attention and detail the staff provided. They were not only helpful in the planning stages but also went above and beyond on the day itself. The atmosphere was beautiful, creating the perfect backdrop for our celebration. We did the whole package for a daytime wedding, the ceremony and reception and lunch. I was so happy to be blessed with perfect weather as well as wild turkeys and hawks around the venue. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the staff’s professionalism and genuine care truly made our day unforgettable. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the stunning views and exquisite service. The food was impressive, and the cake was delicious (I hear - I didn't get a piece! Busy bride!) We had our wedding at Balistreri on October 26th, and it could not have been a more perfect day thanks to the venue and the incredible staff. Mattie and Katy made the planning process a breeze, helped us pick our food out, took our wishes and feedback into account, and truly just gave us everything we could have wanted out of this day. They're incredibly flexible to your vision but will provide input and thoughts when needed, ensuring that everything is set up for success. The food and the wine is INCREDIBLE. We got so many compliments all night and after the fact about the dishes (lamb, salmon, and risotto), the appetizers, the desserts, the late night snack, and especially the cabernet. They're also incredibly accommodating to allergies, working with us for our friends and family with dietary restrictions to make sure everyone is aware of ingredients. We attended a tasting event to try a variety of food options, and then had a private tasting to finalize our menu, where Mattie and the chefs sat down with us and helped us tailor our menu to our exact wishes. The set-up, bartending, and wait stuff were all top notch - making our day run incredibly smoothly. The inclusion of chairs, linens, flatware, etc. and catering in house was a huge draw for us in terms of ease of planning. They have some highly recommended vendors for entertainment and alcohol delivery, who are not mandatory to use, but who worked seamlessly with the venue to create an easy and low stress day. Lastly, the venue is absolutely beautiful. It is set up so naturally perfectly that we barely felt the need for additional decor. The garage doors being open between the ceremony and reception spaces allowed for such a seamless flow and natural feeling cocktail hour. Our event of 120 guests fit the space wonderfully. We got married right at sunset, late in the year, and were gifted with the most gorgeous weather. I truly cannot rave enough about how wonderful it was to host at Balistreri. We had the most magical day and could not have done it without this wonderful venue. The amount of personal touches and care they put into hosting your event shows why it is such a popular and well loved place.

Della Terra Mountain Chateau’s gazebo entrance for the bride was the perfect dramatic touch, and it really wowed everyone. Wynkoop Brewing Company was the perfect venue for our wedding rehearsal. From the moment we inquired, their communication via email and phone was fast and responsive. The space itself is really cool - it's an extra large pool hall with 3 private pool tables that our guests loved using throughout the night. They were so sweet and welcoming when we arrived, and the food they served was absolutely delicious. With the variety of rooms they have available to book for events, we were able to find the perfect space that fit our needs. We planned our wedding at the Oxford in less than six months, and could not have been happier with the entire process. Brittany was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly listened to what we wanted. She was relaxed and calm, but ALWAYS on top of it, and provided us many options as we weighed our priorities. The entire event felt so much like us. Planning and working with Brittany was made easy because she is so organized, and never imposed her own views on us (but gave great advice when we asked). We absolutely loved the accommodations offered to us and to our guests, and the service at the hotel was exemplary - all of the staff are so friendly! There were no hidden or tricky costs, and the food was absolutely phenomenal - people still talk about it over a year later! We found such ease in being able to host all in one spot - many of our guests stayed at the hotel, we held the ceremony and reception there, and transportation was super easy for everyone. Guests enjoyed the cocktail lounge after the reception, and many ate next store at the Urban Farmer for breakfast. It's a special place to go back to now - we loved our wedding and the planning process, and cannot recommend working with Brittany enough!
