In 2007, Miles and May Furniture Works moved their production to the first story and began renovations on the previously unoccupied building. For your convenience we have created two wedding options – sit down and food stations, each of which is based on a four-hour reception. In-season, weddings are held primarily on Saturdays. The new 4992-square foot Finger Lakes venue features a state-of-the-art distilling room that is highlighted by a custom-built, 500-gallon copper, two-stage hybrid pot still/ reflux column still from HBS Copper, the commercial division of Hillbilly Stills in Tennessee.
