An award winning historic landmark venue awaits your classic/ elegant wedding. With a large Sanctuary and an outdoor Plaza, 440 Elm offers the rare outdoor ceremony/ indoor reception for up to 400 with dance floor and plenty of room for cocktail hour and lots of spots for photos. A hospitality first approach ensures your guests will feel taken care of while ensuring quick initial food and beverage options, warm service, and ways to eliminate queues. Our in-house catering provides a wide range of menus with different themes and service formats. The downtown Long Beach location provides access to lots of hotels, restaurants, Catalina, the Queen Mary, for a great weekend for your guests. And all roads lead to Long Beach so it's a perfect spot for those with guests coming from San Diego to Los Angeles. We have a Saturday minimum spend of $35K for events with dates > 3 months from the time of booking

Our rates are most applicable for guest counts of 125+ based on day of the week (with an average of 175+ on a Saturday where our rate is the highest). We offer a (non-holiday) weekday Monday-Thursday evening rate that is our most cost effective and a win for clients anticipating fewer than 100 guests. We typically work with events with a minimum guest count of 75 on a weekday.
