I want to begin by saying that I was hesitant when choosing a wedding coordinator because some that I had spoken with before weren't open to my vision for our wedding. Mackenzie right off the bat was just a spark of joy and a light in the wedding planning process! She was able to set up a meeting over zoom and instantly, I knew she was different. She was so supportive of our dreams for our day and really helped bring everything to life! She assisted with small things I probably would have never thought of as well as big things I knew would stress me out. From decor to communication with vendors to literally making sure she brought us our plate of food personally to our sweet heart table, Mackenzie was an excellent source of help. She was our day of coordinator but in reality she was so much more. She took care of us and made sure we were priority so we could soak in all the joy it is to have a wedding without the stress. She handles business so well and is very reliable. My husband had never met her prior to wedding day and after the wedding, he had nothing but great things to say about her about how nice and helpful she was! We are very appreciative of the work Mackenzie did to make our day absolutely perfect. And that it was !

Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

When I say that this women went over and beyond to assist me in making sure this wedding was what I wanted she really did execute the tasks. It could be midnight and if I had an idea or wanted her advice on something she made herself available. When the day came for the wedding she really put everything together and it was beautiful. My most memorable experience with Timeless Event Planning was a 40th birthday photo shoot that Lauren coordinated for a client. I provided 12 different “Marie Antionette/Let them eat cake” era cakes for the background of the shoot. Lauren is always timely, approachable, attentive to detail and friendly. She is by far the best event coordinator I’ve ever experienced in my cake decorating career and I’ve been doing this over 20 years! Michelle was able to put an order to the process and honestly, made the entire wedding planning experience pleasant and fun - exactly how a mother of the bride and bride should feel during this time. Even though I had some of the big vendors already in the process, Michelle was able to suggest the remaining vendors that would fit perfectly into the budget I had left. I wished I had called her in the very beginning. It would have saved a lot of stress. She was very responsive and always made us feel like ours was the only wedding on her agenda. The most amazing wedding event I could have ever ask for: especially with Donna from DBC Eventz. The venue was absolutely stunning, offering a perfect blend of elegance and modernity. The DBC Eventz planner decorations were vibrant, and the ambiance was lively, making the celebration unforgettable. The catering service provided a delicious array of local and international cuisines that delighted every guest. The spacious dance floor and excellent DJ kept everyone entertained throughout the night. The staff's hospitality and attention to detail ensured everything went smoothly. Overall, the party hall at  Sweet Auburn  transformed a special occasion into a truly memorable event.

We used Destiny and her team as our coordinator for our wedding in August and we are so glad we did!! I literally cannot say enough nice things about Destiny - she’s extremely organized, reliable, detail oriented, and always made us feel like everything was under control and we didn’t need to worry. She went above and beyond leading up to our day, always checking up on me and willing to help where she could. Her enthusiasm and positivity made the difficult times of wedding planning feel way less stressful. When we had difficulties with a vendor just days before the wedding, she totally put my mind at ease and told me she’d work everything out — and she did! On our wedding day she was equally reliable and amazing and the whole day went really smoothly and we got to enjoy it without worrying and everything looked beautiful. My partner and I were married late summer 2024 and we (and our guests) couldn’t stop raving about Ariel and her team. Ariel went above and beyond to make our day run so smoothly. From set up, to greeting and paying vendors, to tear down, we were able to be so present in a day that could have been so stressful because we knew we were in great hands. We debated whether or not we would hire a day of coordinator and Xtraordinary Coordinations turned out to be the most important vendor of our special day! In the lead up to our day, Ariel met with us several times (including a venue walkthrough) and is so personable and charismatic, the meetings that could have been really stressful were actually really fun! I wish I was having another wedding so I could hire Xtraordinary Coordinations again!

Firefly Events Colorado was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, they were incredibly attentive to our needs and made sure every detail was taken care of. The quality of their work and the value they provided was more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. They did so much more than what was required, like replacing our lost top layer of cake, and our reception was absolutely stunning as a result.
