    Lauren was such a joy to work with! As the photographer and videographer for weddings, it is imperative to have a planner/coordinator that is easy to work with and very helpful when it comes to running the day of events. The wedding we worked together came with its own set of challenges, including a rainstorm, and she was still able to attend to the clients needs and the vendors to help pull off a beautiful celebration. To top it off she has such a fun spirit and really knows how to get everybody going and in a great mood. She keeps things light and reminds everybody that this day is supposed to be a joyful day full of love and laughter. I can’t recommend Her enough. She is professional, kind, and enthusiastic and I would 100% work with her again.

    I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lauren Garza of Timeless Event Planning at a several events where I was providing the cake for the occasion. My most memorable experience with Timeless Event Planning was a 40th birthday photo shoot that Lauren coordinated for a client. I provided 12 different “Marie Antionette/Let them eat cake” era cakes for the background of the shoot. Lauren is always timely, approachable, attentive to detail and friendly. She is by far the best event coordinator I’ve ever experienced in my cake decorating career and I’ve been doing this over 20 years! I always look forward to working with clients that have chosen to trust their special occasion to Timeless Event Planning.
