    We had an amazing time working with El Alma and their catering wing, El Chile. Not only were they accommodating and personable at every stage of the process, but they really delivered fantastic end results. Multiple of our guests told us it was the best food they’d ever eaten at a wedding, and we agree!

    The entire crew at el alma was incredible!! From initial contact to tasting to rental pick out to walk through to day of. We couldn’t have asked for a better caterer and team. They were personable, helpful, and patient. And HOLY CRAP THE FOOD! We walked out of our tasting 10000% on board. And our wedding day was perfect with the most amazing food. I still dream of the deliciousness. There were so many options to pick from and were helpful with allergies/dietary restrictions. They brought a great team, bartenders, and handled rentals (place settings, linens, etc). Seriously, el alma, thank you!

    We had the most perfect wedding day in large part to Sarah and the El Alma team. We had to move our wedding from April to September due to the pandemic and Sarah helped me handle with so much patience and grace! We ended up having to change the style of service and some other details and it ended up working out flawlessly. Laguna Gloria is a beautiful venue but has limited time for load in and load out. Sarah and her team were phenomenal under the short time frame and even helped load out chairs and décor at the end of the night- such a huge help after hectic day! The team was very professional and took COVID-19 protocols very seriously which helped me relax and enjoy my big day! I had so many rave reviews and comments about the food too- it was so delicious!! I wanted multiple entrée options and we were able to have Beef Tenderloin, Salmon and the Sweet Potato Relleno (fan favorite!). The bartenders were amazing, too! It was nice we could provide all of the alcohol and custom curate cocktails and offerings. I strongly recommend the El Alma team if you want some upscale cuisine as well as a hard-working, professional and fun staff! :)

    I recently worked with El Alma and Sarah at my client's wedding at Springdale Station. Sarah was so kind and professional to work with from the get go. Her professionalism and attention to detail really put my client at ease. She accommodated the parents with a tasting when they were in town. It was a seamless experience. Then Covid hit. I was so grateful to have Sarah and her team during this process. They continued to work with us, found a new date and showed up for the second walkthrough when we moved everything outside. The day of the event, the catering team was professional and everything about the catering service flowed very well. I can't say enough good things about El Alma, Sarah and her team. Oh... and the food is DELICIOUS!!!!!!! The presentation was lovely, the guests had a great time. I highly recommend El Alma!
