Conveniently located in the heart of Muncie, our forty-acre campus features beautiful garden venues, historic Ball family mansions, and a modern museum facility. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will help guide you through the event planning process and make sure your special day runs smoothly.

The Lodge at River Valley Farm opened in the Fall of 2015 and was once a real working farm in the 1940’s for descendants of the Ball (yes, Ball jar!) family. The Lodge has been uniquely restored into a private sanctuary to host your dream wedding. Located in quaint Yorktown, Indiana, The Lodge sits on fifty acres surrounded by farm fields and woods, yet just a few miles from bustling Muncie. The property still houses the beautifully restored farmhouse from the 1850’s with all the modern amenities to fit in to a busy bride’s day of readiness. Located just a mere sidewalk away is the 5,000 square foot masterpiece fully enclosed space, The Lodge.

Timeless Charm Weddings is set on 83 beautifully wooded acres in Southwest Ohio, a short drive from Dayton or Cincinnati. We have many unique sites including a swinging bridge, beautiful waterfall, magnificent stream, natural spring fed pond with fountain, and a majestic forest canopy. You can say your “I dos” at one of two amphitheaters, or in our charming open-air chapel. The Grand Lodge boasts a floor to ceiling fireplace, chandeliers, and a beautiful wood and stone interior. Outside you’ll find a covered pavilion perfect for cocktail hour and a relaxing firepit as your day winds down. Our open-air Waterfront Veranda is perfect for couples who wish to remain immersed in an outdoor, intimate setting. Illuminated by elegant lighting, your celebration will continue at the dockside bar with stunning views overlooking the water. Montgomery Creek Ranch is home to Boondocks Event Barn & Lodge. Our 160-acre ranch is the perfect event venue to host your private wedding oasis. Hold your ceremony on the meadow with wildflowers as your backdrop or in front of the stone fireplace in the event barn. Create a wedding weekend with family and close friends by staying at The Lodge. Enjoy your wedding day on our five acre historic venue, located 3 miles west of Tipp City. Our historic barn is conveniently located off of I-75. For 30 years, The Willow Tree, Miami County's original rustic barn venue has hosted weddings and receptions. Set on the grounds of an 1830 style home, the century old barn is the perfect setting to celebrate your day with friends and family. We offer tables and seating for up to 200 guest, 14 hours of venue time, and a brides room in the home with a private restroom for the bridal party.

The WACO Aircraft Company was the largest manufacturer of civil aircraft in the 1920's and 30's. We also designed and built the CG4A Glider used in WW II. We have 10 aircraft and memorabilia on display. Depending on the time of year, you could also schedule an open cockpit biplane ride!

We are Carli & Hamilton Dixon, artists and business owners in downtown Dayton for nearly a decade, and residents of downtown for over two decades. The Brightside is located in the 905 E. Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. But over the last 10 years, we have worked to clean it out, restore all of its services, and renovate it to become Dayton's newest music & event venue. The Shepard Place is a rustic wedding venue located in Casstown, OH. This historic venue was built in 1920 and was run by the Shepard family for 90 years. The place acted as both the family’s trade and residence, and throughout the years, they created a wonderful site rich in memories and traditions.

The Magnolia Estate first started as an idea that we planned out on a napkin, and since has flourished into a beautiful and intimate space. With private dressing rooms for the bridal party, charming gazebos, and heated and air-conditioned reception pavilions, we’ve designed The Magnolia Barn and Rosewood Manor to accommodate all of your needs.

We have multiple locations and flexible options for any kind of weather. We cater to low-stress, common sense, and reasonably priced weddings by having everything pre-decorated for you, you just need to provide your colors and personal items. We take care of set up and take down, provide all tables, chairs, linens, and we even offer a variety of misc. wedding items that you may borrow. The Palazzo is a spacious, 8,000 square foot reception hall in Botkins, Ohio. The open floor plan allows for all guests to gather in the same room. The large, hardwood dance floor is visible from every guest seat in the facility. The bride and groom will be the center of attention as they are seated at the head table. During the dinner portion of the evening, the bridal party is seated on the dance floor. The outdoor patio allows for additional space to serve guests dinner for larger weddings or serves as an additional space for guests to mingle. The Palazzo has been a family owned business since 2004. The Doseck family strives to make every bride and groom's wedding day as special and unique as they had always dreamed.

The Loft on Isanogel is one of the oldest barns in the area, beautifully restored. Once the home of Camp Isanogel, a summer camp for those with special needs, The Loft is a source of history and pride for the owners, Harry and Karen Holding. They raised their children just around the corner from the summer camp and enjoyed driving by and seeing the joy and hearing the laughter from the children at the camp throughout the many years the camp was in business. They are beyond happy to now see the smiles from the happy couples who have chosen to say their “I dos” on this one-of-a-kind, breathtaking property.

Please contact us on our website or email us directly. We first used our barn for our daughter's wedding because she wanted to have her magical day in the barn and backyard she grew up in. During our wedding, guests kept telling us "what a great idea to use this for a wedding". We had our first Big Barn Venue wedding in 2018 and we continued to book more dates throughout the wedding season. Our barn does not have heating or air so we cannot accommodate much farther outside of the months of June - October. Our brides, grooms, family and friends that have visited the barn for a wedding have truly enjoyed the country scenery we offer and also the amount of space the wedding has to use for a reception and ceremony. Photographers love the fields and they enjoy using almost all of the 200 acres for beautiful photos and videos.

Black Walnut Grove Estate is located on a historic family farm in West College Corner, Indiana just a few minutes west of Oxford, Ohio. This beautiful country estate features a historic 19th-century farmhouse, a rustic timber frame, post and beam constructed barn with hand-hewn wood throughout, and a mid-century two-bedroom guest cabin. Although the house and barn are no longer part of a functioning farm, the current owner has transformed the 11-acre grounds into a cozy and elegant venue, complete with plenty of vintages and rustic charm, for weddings and other events.

We have 4 beautiful banquet rooms that over look the golf course. With a covered patio called the terrace room. All the rooms open up to each other. We can hold up to 175 guests. We provide all catering through our in house chef. We provide all services, food, bar, set-up, tear down, linens, napkins and China, staffing and bartenders. All you have to bring is a DJ, dessert, photographer, minister, and florist. We also provide you with an event coordinator for the entire day. Along with rehearsal scheduled the day before your wedding.

Maple Lane Retreat sits on 3.5 acres surrounded by farmland. The newly renovated horse arena provides 6,000 sq. ft. of space for events of all sizes large and small. Attached to the barn is a 1,800 sq. ft. patio that overlooks a 3/4 acre pond with color changing water fountain.

Tin Roof Events is a rustic wedding venue immersed in the quaint beauty of Sidney, OH. No matter how large or small you dream your day to be, you can enjoy it in style in this beautiful venue. Say "I do" by the lake or in the sprawling meadow, then toast to your marriage in an open-air cocktail reception. There are endless opportunities to snap photos set to the picturesque backdrop of the landscape before moving inside for a romantic reception. The barn can accommodate up to 300 guests. The barn is perfect for tailoring to your style. There is ample space here for dining and dancing, along with room for a stage setup. A mezzanine level can double as a get-ready area for you and your party, and a relaxation space throughout the event. An event manager will work with you from the planning stages to ensure the big day is everything you dream it to be. They will help to design your day and can also supply a selection of furniture and event rentals.

Our newly built venue offers a modern feel in a beautiful Country Club setting, perfectly located on the lush 18 hole golf course. Our event center is very spacious and features an open floor plan with a lot of natural light. We also have a fireplace perfect for those comfy winter weddings. Our venue also offers a full bar, and accommodation for the bridal party and groomsmen to get ready for the big day. We also have options for an outdoor ceremony. We are all inclusive when it comes to providing food and beverage options, but you are more than welcome to bring in your own vendors for different aspects such as a photographer, Dj, videographer, etc.
