“I would give 10 stars if that were possible! Nathan is incredible! From when we first reached out to even now, a month after our wedding. He is so friendly and warm, it is easy to feel comfortable around him. Feeling comfortable is so important since most of us aren't used to people taking so many pictures of us. He was helpful in picking a place to do our engagement photos and was great about getting us to pose or do goofy things that resulted in the most beautiful photos that I could truly feel how we felt in the moment when looking at the photos. On the day of our wedding, he was even more amazing, we were an hour behind schedule (my fault) and he kept his cool which in turn helped me to also remain calm. He was great at pivoting at a moment's notice when I changed the location of first look photos in order to save time. He was great at offering ways we could still get those photos in that location if we wanted to take the time to do it. He went above and beyond getting candid shots I asked for. The amazing thing is that my photos from my wedding truly feel like a portal back into the day, I look at the pictures and all the emotions of joy and love come flooding back. He is a true artist. The best part was we got a bunch of preview photos the day after our wedding!! Unheard of! And then he had the full gallery of photos only 3 weeks later, also unheard of! He does a great job capturing and editing photos. He also time and time again went above and beyond like an additional engagement session when we missed some shots we had wanted to get or an additional session in our wedding attire to capture additional portraits. He also asked if there were photos that we thought were missing from the gallery and went back through the thousands of photos to find ones we were asking about. I cannot recommend Nathan enough, our day would not have been the same without him, and it never would have been captured in such a perfect way.”

She captured the classic posed photos AND the precious in-between moments where people are being their most authentic selves (the face my dad makes when he's really intently listening, the hand gestures my mom uses when she's explaining something and can't find the right words, the face my mother in law makes when she's cracking herself up, the face my father in law makes right before the tears fall, and so so many more). “Rachel and her team made our stressful and busy day absolutely wonderful, and now that we have our photos back, there is no denying that they were THE standout of all of those that we booked! The only thing that I would change is that she now has a new addition of a content creator that I have no doubt would be amazing! Our package included film and polaroids and Super 8 for Wedding Day and the night before. From a boudoir session in her amazing studio, a Welcome Dinner on a sailboat, different getting ready locations and all around our venue, each part was unique! Getting ready, first touch, the ceremony, cocktail hour, portraits, reception, and golden hour each have a unique different focus, which I absolutely love. The polaroids were an amazing touch, and the different types of film were such a vibe! I could not ask for more to have captured our memories and make them feel timeless! Of all of the research I had attempted to do to look for a photographer, Rachel was perfect and surpassed expectations! She and her team were flexible, experienced, professional, and have tremendous range. It was so evident that they put in work before the events to know what we were looking for. She even has great recommendations for other vendors and her connections show how well respected she is. Rachel also has a wonderful personality that seems to click with anyone. Rachel was wonderful to work with from the start. Time goes by so quickly during the events, and she and her team were always prepared and making what we had hoped and planned for happen! After our initial inquiry, Rachel responded quickly and we scheduled a video call, during which she was super engaged and attentive! We could tell that she really listened to what we shared we were looking for and seemed genuinely excited for what we were planning and happy to be a part of it. Her service guide and contract were clear and so were expectations. My husband and I could tell from the start that she not only had a great eye but had the business part of what she does down as well. There wasn’t a single instance during the period of time we worked together that I had doubts or felt on edge about our decision to go with her or that the end product from her team would be lacking. She checked in often and asked for a detailed questionnaire and mood board not only as a part of the inquiry, but also closer to the day which I loved as over months and months of planning things do shift and change. “I couldn’t be more happy that I chose Sarah to be my photographer. From the beginning, Sarah was kind, thoughtful, and helpful with all of my questions and ideas. I’m someone who doesn’t typically like having their photo taken and feels self-conscious, and she always made me feel comfortable every step of the way. My pictures have turned out absolutely stunning (and I’m saying this as someone who typically hates every picture taken of themselves). She has an amazing eye for everything—lighting, angles, details, you name it. One of the primary reasons (besides liking her as a person) that I wanted to book her is I feel she has skill across a variety of shots (compared to other photographers that seem to take their photos all in one style). I had told her leading up to the wedding that it was important that I don’t feel rushed or pressured as that’s been my experience in the past at weddings, and she made us feel completely relaxed and comfortable all day. She followed our lead but still made sure we got plenty of beautiful shots. She also went above and beyond to help us when we had some issues with other vendors. Everyone in my bridal party and family adored Sarah, and are obsessed with the photos and highlight footage she’s captured. She’s also extremely reasonably priced, especially for the quality you’re getting, it’s amazing and I can’t recommend her enough—book her. Also special shoutout to a second shooter she brought that day, Brandon. He brought an amazing energy and sense of humor that had us laughing and enjoying the process all day. They were a great duo and were a huge part of making my day better (like one of the best parts of the day, seriously). We had so much fun with them and are so grateful for everything they did for us.”
