Personal Equipment Insurance: Covers my photography equipment when used for personal projects or non-business-related purposes. Small Business Insurance for My LLC: Protects my business, ensuring I meet industry standards and safeguard against unforeseen circumstances.

Question 2

How long will it take to see our pictures?

Accepted Answer

With most packages, you’ll receive a preview of your photos the very next day so you can relive the magic right away! I do my absolute best to deliver the full gallery as soon as possible. While my contract guarantees delivery within 8 weeks, I’ve historically delivered galleries in no longer than 6 weeks—with the majority ready within just 2–3 weeks. Your memories are my priority, and I strive to get them to you quickly without compromising quality.

Will you edit all our pictures?

Absolutely! All final images will be carefully edited to ensure they are consistent and look their absolute best. This includes adjustments for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness. I also offer optional retouching services, such as blemish removal and teeth whitening, for an additional fee. Additionally, I securely store all RAW files, so if you’d like additional edits or retouching in the future, I’ll always have the originals available to revisit. Your memories are preserved with the utmost care, and I’m here to ensure they look exactly how you envision them—now and later.

Do you also offer video services?

I specialize exclusively in photography to ensure I can give my full attention to capturing your day with the highest quality and care. While I currently do not offer video services, I have had the pleasure of working with many talented videographers and would be happy to recommend professionals who can provide exceptional video coverage. This way, you can have the best of both worlds—stunning photos and a seamless video experience from experts dedicated to their craft.

What’s your back-up plan if you can’t photograph our wedding as planned?

I take my commitment to your wedding day very seriously and do everything in my power to be present. In my years of experience, I’ve never had to cancel, even foregoing personal moments, like a close friend’s sudden funeral, to honor my responsibility to couples. That said, unforeseen and horrible circumstances can arise. To ensure full coverage, I highly recommend a package with a second photographer for added perspectives and backup equipment. If I can’t attend, I have a trusted network of skilled photographers ready to step in and ensure your day is captured beautifully and seamlessly.

How many pictures will we get?

The number of photos you’ll receive depends on the length of your wedding day and the package you choose. On average, I deliver between 75 and 100 fully edited images per hour of coverage. My goal is to capture every meaningful moment, from the big events to the small, intimate details that make your day unique. Rest assured, I prioritize quality over quantity, so you’ll have a beautiful gallery that tells the full story of your wedding day.

How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

I recommend booking as soon as you’ve set your wedding date, especially if it falls during peak wedding season (spring, summer, or fall). Many couples book me 12 to 18 months in advance to secure their date, as my calendar can fill up quickly. That said, if your wedding is sooner, don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m happy to check availability and would love to capture your special day if I’m free!

Do you work with assistants or other photographers?

Having a second photographer not only provides additional perspectives but also adds an extra layer of coverage and peace of mind.
