“WOW!! That's what first comes to mind when we think about what it was like to work with Kylee. Also, we should note here that this review is going to be long because we love her and loved working with her so much. When we were exploring photographers, it was really important to us that not only was it important to have beautiful photos, but also that we'd be able to work with someone who we'd want to hang out with and even someone we'd be happy to invite to our wedding. Before even meeting with Kylee, we loved how clear it was (via her website) that she has a killer personality, and also that she puts her couples' personalities in the spotlight. When we had our initial consult with her, the first half was really just chatting about little nuggets we'd put in the inquiry questionnare - aka, learning we shared a massive love of board games with Kylee, and also that we 100% want to be friends with her in the real world. Her follow up email wasn't even just a "hey, will you be booking me?" - in fact, it had nothing to do with that, but rather her asking for board game suggestions for an upcoming trip. Beyond shared interests, Kylee made us feel super informed about her process, and we got some really great wedding planning tips from her. We also wanted to make sure we worked with people who we felt comfortable asking questions to, as people who tend to feel a little worried about potential confrontation. When we had a question about how some of our wedding color choices might resonate in Kylee's aesthetic, she was not only extremely compassionate in her answer, but also was SUPER informative in a way that was fully digestible by non-photography experts. It was actually this specific exchange that made us book her. Kylee is probably one of the most unique vendors we partnered with because she truly builds a community - she hosted an open house to connect couples both past and present, and is open about how much of a human she is in a way that really resonates. Kylee is game for everything. We love to bike ride and wanted to include our bikes in our engagement shoot, and Kylee was immediately game for it. When we told her we have a signature pose that is...not romatic, Kylee was totally game. In fact, she remembered this on the wedding day and incorporated it into our shotlist at various points without us having talked about it. But let's talk about the wedding day. Kylee and her second photography (Tiffany!!!) had to travel a number of hours for our wedding, which we're sure was not fun, and if that was the case, Kylee didn't let it show at all. She was really such a joy to be around. She commanded peoples' attention when she needed to, and also easily blended herself in to fully capture candids easily. We got so many compliments from our family and wedding party about how awesome Kylee was. Something we really loved when we'd first met with Kylee was learning that her favorite part of a wedding is the dancing (because that's our part too), and we took some specific joy in getting to break it down with her at our wedding. Kylee's photography is second-to-none and insanely beautiful, but really she's one of the greatest people we've met throughout the wedding journey. She's professional, she's thorough, she's really freaking fun, and we're so lucky we got to spend an entire day with her. You really won't regret with working with her!!”

“Ashley and Justin are incredibly professional, very easy to work with, and just all around great people. The thing I cared about most on my wedding day was getting quality photos that I would cherish for the rest of my life, and they certainly delivered! The day was pretty far from traditional, but they were accommodating all the way. At first I was a bit worried about bringing photographers to a tattoo parlor to take photos of us getting our rings tattooed, but they were so cool about it and the photos turned out amazing! After the tattoo shop they followed us to the (very small) ceremony, and then to a third location just to take photos of my husband I. I'm not very comfortable in front of the camera, but they were able to capture spectacular candid shots, and in the posed photos, provide direction that helped me feel like a proper model. 10/10 would recommend, especially if you're any type of alternative.”

“Kayla is a super professional and wonderful artist to work with. She shot my and my husbands engagement pictures and wedding photos. She takes time with her clients (even with her busy schedule) to ensure that their photos are exactly as desired. Kayla is super responsive to both emails and on her professional phone line. “I found Vicki on Instagram quite a while ago. I can’t recall how I stumbled across her page… but man am I so glad I did. As soon as I saw her work I knew she had to be my photographer. I didn’t care the distance or cost - her photos were that stunning and that different - I absolutely needed her. We had a virtual meet and greet and we just clicked from the start. She got my vibe. And I’d like to think we fit her vibe! Little fact not many people know, we picked our wedding date based on Vicki’s availability! We quickly booked her and scheduled our engagement shoot. She traveled all the way from Lebanon PA to asbury park NJ for this shoot! We had such a fun time with Vicki, she made us comfortable and let us act like ourselves. The photos we got back were gorgeous yet moody - just what I was looking for. She nailed. Fast forward to the wedding, her and her assistant were phenomenal. I trusted vicki so much based on what I’ve seen her do, that I gave her absolutely no direction. She took the wheel and did her thing. She even went out of her way and captured moments of our children that were just so incredible. Literally the cutest thing you will ever see. Everything she did, everything she took were beyond my expectations. The look and feel of my photos is so unique, no other photographer can successfully do what she does. I wish Vicki lived closer so we can use her for all our little milestones! We may have to travel to her for something in the future! Vicki was everything and gave us something unique to look at to always remember our day. Photos are your memories, theyre something you will have forever.
