The Elisha Morgan Mansion is a Flemish Bond brick farm mansion, built in 1817, and stands as a treasured historic landmark in the City of Fairfield. It has been determined that the house, as it presently stands, was constructed in three stages. The original Federal-style front portion, facing Ross Road, was built for Elisha Morgan in 1817. The second Greek Revival-style extension was added in 1858 by David Hueston. There is also a one-story third addition with a shed roof.

Gorman Heritage Farm is a 122-acre educational working farm that offers scenic options to celebrate with family and friends. This English Manor Country Home, built in 1920, features outstanding indoor and outdoor areas including an elaborate back terrace and custom deck overlooking a wooded ravine. Two distinctive rooms in the massive stone building provide space for special event activities and displays. Say “I do” in the native plant-inspired Haile Pillar Garden, then move to the Tritsch Terrace for a memorable reception surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. The stunning wooded views, professional native landscaping and historical features, make this a perfect setting for any event. This is a very private area including a private parking lot. Built in 1920, and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2016, the impressive Groesbeck Estate includes a pillar garden, interior metal artwork from Marie Zimmerman, and an expansive greenhouse with a historic stone house.

Black Walnut Grove Estate is located on a historic family farm in West College Corner, Indiana just a few minutes west of Oxford, Ohio. This beautiful country estate features a historic 19th-century farmhouse, a rustic timber frame, post and beam constructed barn with hand-hewn wood throughout, and a mid-century two-bedroom guest cabin. Although the house and barn are no longer part of a functioning farm, the current owner has transformed the 11-acre grounds into a cozy and elegant venue, complete with plenty of vintages and rustic charm, for weddings and other events.
