Cottage 84 is our vintage inspired cottage style venue and estate that was built in 1925. The venue is still structured with the original pine walls and flooring and is filled with eclectic and gold, ornate vintage decor and furniture. The Carmichael House, a wedding venue situated in Jackson, Georgia, carries within its walls a rich and full history. This historic mansion dates back to the year 1898. Today, this venue, which is proudly listed on the National Register of Historic Places, has been renovated and restored to provide couples with a vintage and elegant site for their bridal shower, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. On your wedding day, The Carmichael House provides you with both indoor and outdoor spaces for you to choose from. The interior, though it has been renovated, still reflects the original Queen Anne Victorian style. The main home is quite spacious and the perfect setting to get ready for your wedding day. The Event Hall is perfect for larger size weddings. In this space, you and your guests will be also able to relax as you enjoy the fireplace, loft, and bar. Couples and guests will also have access to the outdoor gazebo, veranda, and garden areas.

Since 1994 we've been a family-owned business. My parents owned and operated a uniform and linen factory that is still in operation today. In 2001, they opened a linen rental business in downtown Chamblee that serviced the most prestigious clients in the Atlanta area. From Turner Field to Bacchanalia we learned the ins and outs of being hospitable to the hospitality industry. In 2016, we sold the business, and in 2017 we renamed the space to Factory Atlanta.
