She regularly checked in with us and made sure we were on schedule for an entire year leading up to our wedding, and I oftentimes forgot she had clients other than us because she was so attentive. Any time there was a problem with a vendor, Gina was swooping in to save the day. She got us upgrades with our hotel and truly had our best interest in mind throughout this entire process. I cannot imagine planning a wedding without her, she was such a huge help. She went especially above and beyond as a lot of unexpected changes due to wild, terrible weather began to affect just about every detail of months of planning, and with such a great, flexible, attitude, too. She is incredibly organized, hears your requests and understands your vision, is very detail oriented, and can ABSOLUTELY handle the unepected! While our wedding was nothing like we had planned, she delivered such a wonderful, perfect event despite some big obstacles. She also has a great relationship with so many vendors in the Keys and everyone just worked so well together. “We were initially introduced to Wilder Minds Events after one of our friends recommended them to us for wedding planning. Aside from deciding on my husband, choosing Wilder Minds event planners was the best decision I made for my wedding. We started working with Delaney and right off the bat I knew we made the right decision—Delaney was attentive and quick to respond to any texts/calls/questions we had, although I didn’t know exactly how right my decision was until much later. About a week before the wedding we were faced with some extremely difficult decisions to make because of hurricane Helene. Our reception venue didn’t have power 24 hrs before the wedding and Delaney stepped up and was ready with several alternative options, providing us with peace of mind and reassurance every step of the way that she would do everything and anything within her power to make this wedding everything we had dreamt of it being. We ended up completely switching venues several hours before the welcome party started, and everything ended up being absolutely beautiful and unforgettable—all thanks to our amazing, kind and caring wedding planner Delaney and the wonderful, dedicated venders she had connected us with. I cannot thank Delaney and the Wilder Minds event planners enough for saving the best day of our lives. My husband and I are both genuinely sad that our time planning with Delaney is over and we will miss hearing from her on a regular basis very much.”

“We hired Laura and Co. for our wedding, and we’d do it all over again. We chose a package for photo, video, and day of coordination. Our photos? Framed and displayed all over the house within hours of receiving them. The videos? Watched as often as you read your child a bedtime story. The day of? Amazing, lovely, smooth as a babies butt. We had bumps throughout planning and they were quickly resolved, we had bumps the day of, and we were able to sit back and laugh about it because we knew we were in good hands. “We hired Chrissy, as our Day of Coordinator, and overall, the experience was positive. She was incredibly nice and helpful, especially when it came to managing last-minute details. Chrissy stepped in seamlessly to take over everything I spent a year planning and handling unexpected changes, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. However, one area of improvement would be the level of attention to some of our must-have moments. We would highly suggest requesting a second announcement for the cake cutting, as there was so much cake left over from a 4-tier cake and guests wanted to take some with them. Additionally, we felt that we didn’t get as much exposure or focus as we had hoped compared to other couples, other than a picture of the blank balcony, but Chrissy was still able to help. Despite these minor issues, Chrissy was professional, attentive, spunky, and genuinely committed to making our day special. We planned a small, intimate wedding (10 people) and initially thought we could keep it simple and DIY—but quickly realized our venue only handled food. Everything else (ceremony setup, rentals, tablescapes, logistics, and day-of execution) was on us, and it became overwhelming fast. Felicia stepped in and handled full-service planning, design, coordination, and officiating—and made the entire process feel effortless. I gave her a general vision, and she elevated it into something far beyond what I could have created on my own. What truly sets her apart is how she handles challenges. In the final week, our venue created multiple issues (including scheduling a band in our reception space and restricting items we had planned). Felicia managed everything behind the scenes—coordinating with the band to incorporate our music (including our first and last dances) and advocating for us with the venue—so we didn’t have to deal with any of it. Despite the complications, our day felt completely relaxed and joyful. She also connected us with incredible vendors at a great value and created a clear, organized timeline and planning packet that made everything easy to follow. “Working with Greta for our February 2025 wedding was a dream come true. From the moment we met with her (and even before we signed a contract with her) she was incredibly supportive and helpful. If you want someone who is going to take care of every detail before you can even think to ask about them, she's your girl. From our first call, my husband and I knew we would be working with her. She has such a calming demeanor but she's also incredibly resourceful and uses her knowledge and abilities to the max. Having no family in the area, I really had to lean on her for a lot more than I thought I might, especially when I was having issues with my wedding dress. She even came with me to pick it up the first time!! Greta has so many connections and really knows her stuff when it comes to weddings.
