Owner of Wayfinder Weddings & Events, Carly Seyfried, was raised in the Florida Keys and loves sharing her local knowledge with couples traveling from out of town to ensure that they are getting the best Florida Keys experience possible! We start with a free consultation call. Once booked, we dive into timeline & diagram development, booking vendors, and fine-tuning details. All of our packages include unlimited contact with your planner. The way we see it, the more we talk - the more we know, making it easier for us to bring your vision to life!

    Carly was the most supportive and attentive person, and I cannot imagine having planned nor executing the wedding without her. From the beginning she was so flexible when we decided to completely switch from having a wedding in the keys to having a wedding in St Augustine, without hesitation she agreed to help. During planning she was incredibly quick to respond, and I knew if I asked her something, it was done, never having to follow back up. Day of the wedding, she was a saint. Coming over to make sure all the bridesmaids and family were on time for hair/makeup, to helping coordinate our dogs in the wedding. I truly feel like she has become a friend, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, creative planner.

    As a wedding photographer, any time a bride tells me their planner is Carly with Wayfinder Weddings I instantly breathe a sigh of relief! I know their wedding will turn out beautiful and that they are in good hands. Investing in a planner/coordinator is worth its weight in gold. Trust me, you don't want to have to do all of this by yourself (and your bridal party/family are there to celebrate with you, not to be put to work haha!). Couples don't often understand what a time-consuming and complex undertaking a planning (and setting up) a wedding truly is until it's too late. The last thing any of us wants you to feel on your wedding day is stress! Often in these cases, couples end up relying on their other vendors or guests to take on the role of the coordinator/planner, this isn't ideal because it takes away from what we were initially there to do...When I hear that Wayfinder Weddings will be in charge, right from the start I know that everything is under control and I can just focus on what I do best! Carly has a wonderfully laid-back demeanor and you'll instantly love her friendly personality but don't let that fool you, she has an eye for detail and will happily (and calmly) take the lead behind the scenes on your wedding day to get everything done so that you and your guests can just relax and enjoy!     When we found Carly, it seemed too good to be true because she was everything we needed and fair in price! From the get-go, she spoke with me and my husband over the phone, listening to our vision, and hearing our thoughts on how we wanted our wedding. Carly was incredible at finding the specific vendors for our wedding (florist, cake, makeup, hair, etc etc) and arranging their part in our ceremony/reception, as well as formulating the final schedule for our wedding. She also reached out and coordinated with our photographer and videographer (both of which were coming from out of state) to make sure they were all on the same page with the timing of everything. Carly did al the DIY things for my wedding (I’m extremely NOT creative in any sense) and made the petal toss cones, the seating chart, creative decor items for the tables during reception and ceremony, all the chalkboard signs.... she even took a few bouquet flowers at the end of the wedding night to preserve them and send them back to me! She was fantastic at directing everyone and running through everything a few times so we all knew what we were supposed to be doing. She set up all of the decor, coordinated with the arriving DJ, florist, and cake person. She was taking all of the things I had brought for the wedding and manually setting every last detail up. She was incredible. I felt like I had a best friend by my side going ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure everything was done. Even when I was walking down the aisle, Carly was right there to straighten out my dress to make sure it dragged evenly. After the ceremony when we went to take family pictures, Carly brought my husband and I drinks and appetizers that were being served to our guests. She was amazing. I seriously can’t say enough that even comes close to the incredible work she did. I CANNOT imagine doing this without her!!! Anyone doing a wedding in the Florida Keys needs to look no further. Trust me. Get Carly. No one knows the area better than her! Thank you!
