Longshadow Ranch Winery was a beautiful venue for our wedding day. For the price, you can't beat the lush location that allowed us to fully customize the event to our liking without the venue dictating how our special day would flow. Dave was amazing to work with throughout the planning process and really made us feel we had the freedom to craft the wedding of our dreams. The only hiccups were some communication issues with the office staff in the final two months leading up to the big day regarding payments and contract details. While delayed, after contacting Dave on this matter, we did eventually get responses to email inquiries but a phone call option would have been preferred for timely resolutions. Overall, it was a beautiful venue and great value, we just wish the communication was more consistent in those important final weeks. Everything was 5 stars, unfortunately the communication, which I value a great deal, was the only lacking quality. Which, if this is the only area to improve, I think this speaks to the overall quality of the venue. Note: I would give 4.5 if I could!

Set on 40 acres of edible gardens, surrounded by old growth orchards and 100 acres of organic herb and vegetable farms… An “out of the box” venue that is completely private and not just another golf course, winery, banquet hall or hotel. Here we are open to creative ideas and outside vendors such as florists, photographers, photo booths, food trucks and so much more.

Ethereal gardens is a gorgeous venue and my wedding was stunning. That said, there are several things that Ethereal Gardens/Trademark Venues needs to improve on. 1- The contract includes additional costs (service fees, bar, additional guests, decor, etc) It becomes overwhelming and confusing to understand exactly how much your final cost will be. It needs to be better organized. 2- The invoice is the only location where you can see your cost breakdown, and they do not date any changes to the invoice. So one day your total cost is X, the next day it’s Y, and you have no idea what was added to the invoice. There is no record of changes. This is not a best practice for running a business and caused us extra stress. 3- The contract states that you cannot have a coordinator or a wedding planner because Trademark IS the wedding planner. This was frustrating because I did everything that a wedding planner should have done (creating the floor plan and seating chart, coordinating meetings, timeline, selecting/communicating with vendors…). Would have been nice to be able to have a planner to do those things like we were promised. 4- My planner tried to start my ceremony early, almost 20 minutes early! Even though most of my family wasn’t there yet! Luckily I said no and it went on as planned but that shouldn’t have even been suggested. 5- The security guards were VERY rude to guests who showed up late. 6- The venue set up my guest book upside down so the signatures are at the back of the book, welcome table was messy, and my gorgeous seating chart was set against an ugly brown wall so all photos of it are ruined. 7- Two full rows at the front during the ceremony were empty because people didn’t know they could sit there. This ruined certain photos because it’s very empty looking. 8- Getting-ready rooms are available at 11:30am (bride) and 2:30pm (groom) regardless of when your wedding starts. The venue does not accommodate based on your specific wedding timeline- unless you pay 1500 which only gets you an extra hour in the rooms. Wish we would have known that up front. Caused more stress and confusion. 9- A security guard snapped his fingers at one of my guests to tell them to leave when he was just waiting for his girlfriend to get out of the bathroom. And the staff started taking tables apart as our wedding was still going on! This led to one of our guests losing a jacket that was on the back of a chair someone took away. Summary: Wedding was beautiful, food was great, venue was gorgeous. However Ethereal Garden’s processes are messy and very greedy/money focused, and some their staff is rude and made guests uncomfortable.

We just had our wedding at the end of June and DPV was absolutely incredible!! Our wedding party stayed with us the whole weekend leading up to our Saturday wedding, and it was so amazing being able to be together during that whole time, rather than just on the wedding day. DPV was more than accommodating and the communication throughout our planning process was quick and helpful. DPV had staff available to help our wedding vendors with set-up and clean-up, which made everything so seamless. We would highly recommend DPV for any one wanting a bit of a non-traditional wedding experience!!

The ranch is located just 2 hours from Los Angeles and 40 minutes from Palm Springs. Rimrock is the perfect getaway for those visiting Joshua Tree, Pioneertown or taking in live music at the world renowned Pappy and Harriet’s. Rimrock is also a serene location for weddings, retreats, film/photography shoots or celebrations of any kind.

The high desert is a special place for us. It's a second home and it's where we truly fell in love. So it was a no-brainer to have our wedding there. Rimrock Ranch was the first venue we toured and we knew right away that it was the right place for us. The grounds and views are stunning, the cabins are charming, and the staff is like family. Gwen, Eric, Reno, and Team are incredibly kind, thoughtful, accommodating, and easy-going. They make you feel right at home and completely safe in their hands. They've done a bunch of these and it shows. They also have fantastic vendor recommendations. The bartenders, the caterers, and the audio set-up were all first-rate. We had the wedding of our dreams at Rimrock Ranch and could not recommend them more!

Our guests are still telling us how beautiful the location was several weeks later. Our wedding photos look like they came right out of Lord of the Rings! The venue includes three separate areas for the ceremony, cocktail, and reception, with convenient electrical access, kitchenette, and guest restrooms. The hosts, Emily and Dennis, were incredibly easy to work with and put us at ease right away. They are knowledgeable without being pushy, and professional without making us feel like we were being sold to. Highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful outdoor venue.

I stumbled upon this New venue last week, and I must say the property is amazing, it is well taken care for, green and manicured. Shade covered areas everywhere from giant oak trees the grounds are well lit for night time activities and the price is amazing. Samantha the venue coordinator is super easy to work with and super accommodating. I own a wedding catering business and do weddings all over Socal and was really having trouble finding the "right" venue for my own wedding and I must say we knew it was the one the second we pulled in you can feel how welcoming and homey it is. We can't wait to have our wedding there in a few months. I suggest you book right now!!!

Lomas Santa Fe Country Club made the whole wedding planning experience easy so my now husband and I could focus on the day. From handling the amazing food to coordinating the table florals, the team at Lomas works really hard to give you a perfect day. Some highlights from ours: (1) The food. The chef is phenomenal and very flexible when it came to our diet restrictive guests. Everything we tried was amazing and I got rave reviews from my guests that there was more than enough delicious food throughout the event. Also, all the stars for our “getting ready” brunch spread with fun carved fruit included. (2) The staff. From Caryn and Chelsi to the whole bar/wait staff day off, everyone was so kind and seemed genuinely happy to be there. They really made our event feel even more special. Shout out to our waitress who ended up finding us before her shift was over to give big hugs and wish us well. (3) Location and facility. Both my husband and I are from San Diego and knew we wanted to be more central for our North County and Downtown friends and this was the perfect spot. Our golden hour pictures with the ocean in the background and shots in front of the iconic Lomas window were beautiful. Additionally, both getting ready spaces were private, large, and (for the bride) had a large area to do makeup and hair. The actual event space required very little decoration too since the ceremony space is on the golf course with the ocean in the distance and an arch is included in your package. Also, the reception space is just beautiful on its own with the huge fireplace, wood beam ceilings and chandeliers. Overall, my wedding planning experience was very seamless due in large part to the great group at Lomas.

Celeste was an absolute pleasure to work with and was so supportive of all the ideas that my spouse and I had for our dream desert wedding. She gives you free reign over the land and you can have a custom/DIY set-up which made everything feel so personalized and that much more intimate. We were able to get married AND have our reception at the venue. Guests were able to watch the sunset and see the stars come out. We didn’t need to set up a wedding backdrop or anything since the land itself was breathtaking. If you need help with finding tabling, sound, or anything related to the event, Celeste is local and can always help with recommendations. I truly cannot recommend this space enough.

I cannot stop raving about this venue and the whole event planning team. We had such an amazing experience having out wedding at the Horton Grand Hotel, it makes me want to do it all over again. The venue itself is beautiful and provides a perfect romantic setting for an outdoor wedding. Planning a wedding this year during COVID was nothing short of difficult but Jennifer and the whole event planning staff were so helpful and understanding throughout the whole planning process and really made planning this wedding and keeping our original date so easy. Jennifer constantly kept us updated on the current status of the hotel and was amazing at relaying information related to closures and events to us. She was knowledgeable about the restrictions and helped us plan for a day that was not only perfect in every way but also provided safety to our guests. It was a pleasure having our wedding at such a beautiful location and we were so pleased with how it all turned out and the responsiveness of the staff. There were a number of last minute challenges that made our planning stressful, it was worth every stress and the staff at the Horton Grand Hotel helped us through every set back allowing us to fully enjoy our day. Our wedding day could not have been possible without these guys. One of our favorite memories is watching the Union team members dancing, singing and having fun along with the 80's Flashpants band. A special shoutout to Amy, Union Kitchen and Taps event coordinator! Amy made the overwhelming process of wedding planning fun, easy and truly enjoyable. She is personable, down to earth, kind and radiated a calming presence that helped ease all the nerves that come along with a big event. Her knowledge and experience in the field shows and her passion for making our vision come to life was evident. She was extremely patient with us and took the time to understand our vision and then was able to execute it with such grace. Amy supported all of our menu changes and day of event schedule changes with ease. Anytime we had an idea, she made it happen.... no questions asked. We loved our wedding at the Flower Fields! The venue comes with a day-of coordinator who is very helpful and makes sure everything goes smoothly. We had our wedding end of June, so the flower fields flowers were not in bloom, but the grounds still had a lot of other flowers and greenery that made the setting truly lovely. Plus, the barn and stage area are decorated with string lights that look great, so you really do not need to add many decorations. We are so happy we did our wedding there!

Rancho Bellasanté is a private estate located on a 122 acre working ranch. We have acres of beautiful lemon and avocado groves and gorgeous vineyards. Our location offers privacy but is also conveniently located less than 10 miles from the city of Temecula, CA. In 2021 our daughter got married on the estate. We had guests from all over, and the event was a huge success. We had so many positive responses, and requests for other weddings, that we decided to open our doors to the public. Where do I begin? My husband and I debated whether to have a large wedding in downtown LA where we work and live. Most of our family and friends live and work there too, so we wanted to be as accommodating for travel and hotel stays. But as time passed, we realized that's not really what WE wanted. What we wanted was to feel somewhere else, somewhere far away and secluded from the city without actually traveling hours and hours. Rancho Bellasante provided that and more. The ranch is gorgeous and there are plenty of options for ceremony and reception sites. Trust me, it was not an easy decision on where to be married as all sites were gorgeous. We ended up choosing the Agave Grotto for the Ceremony and the Sycamore Terrance for reception. Everyone raved about the views from the Ranch and just how warm and inviting it felt. We got married in October so the trees at the Sycamore terrance were turning colors giving the reception that autumn feel we were hoping for.
