About this venue

The TERI Campus of Life is a refreshing escape from your typical venue, tucked along the beautiful foothills of San Marcos. Host your wedding at the Brickyard Terrace, get ready for the day in the Sunrise Suite and Founders Room and plan pre-wedding celebrations on the Mountain View Deck. Event spaces accommodate small groups up to 250 people. Onsite catering available for events up to 50 people. 100% of event proceeds go toward TERI programs, operations, and the continued build of the TERI Campus of Life. Our vision is founded on the belief that when given the opportunity, people discover each other’s humanity and happily live and learn side by side. Wedding packages include a wedding party suite, wedding party meeting room, 30 min horse photos with trainer, tables, chairs, cocktail tables, bar, heaters, benches, security (when catering is booked) and more. Additionally, we offer food and beverage catering menus. We also welcome outside licensed caterers.

This space is perfect for intimate gatherings providing a complete indoor space with access to a 180-view, wrap around patio. Includes a full kitchen, bathroom, private dressing room and outdoor stairs to access it. This space is not ADA accessible and is not advised for events requiring special guest access.

A short walk along our equestrian trail and arena is our Citrus Pasture, an intimate landscape for a ceremony or cocktail style event.

Enjoy incredible views of the foothills and sunset at this tucked away oasis on the Campus. Add your rented market lighting for a dreamy sunset experience. Ideal for events during the months of March through November due to inclement winter weather.

Event sales director was so easy to work with, the venue was so beautiful & well- maintained, couldn't have gone more smoothly. Bridal suite was the perfect place to get ready! Couldn't have had a more perfect day. Only thing I wish I had done was book the add-on for horse photos!

Yes. You are required to book a licensed and full-service bar/catering company to manage and serve all provided alcoholic beverages.

Yes, we have parking available for up to 50 total parking spaces. Roadside parking available immediately outside our gates with a short walk inside the property.

Yes, our facilities are wheelchair accessible with the exception of the Sunrise Suite. We also have hearing-impaired fire alarm lights and trained staff.

All bookings include the venue space requested and available included inventory like tables, chairs, heaters and more (depending on the space).

Yes, we do require all wedding couples to provide liability insurance for your event.

Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish for the Brickyard Terrace and four hours from start to finish for our Mountain View Deck. Your vendors can access the venue starting at 1pm for setup and have one hour after our required 10pm event end time until 11pm to clean up and exit the property. Additional hours are available for four-hour event contracts. All events must end by 10pm per county ordinance.

From the San Diego International Airport we are 40 miles away with access from the I-5 North or I-15 North to the 78 West/East, depending on which northbound freeway you choose. Following all freeway access, we are a short drive on beautiful San Marcos backroads.

No, we do not include event planning or day of coordination. All weddings are required to have a licensed and insured wedding planner/coordinator. A complete venue event review and document will be scheduled with the Event Sales Director no later than 30 days prior to your event.

Booking fees for our facilities, including deposits, are non-refundable. Cancellations must be in writing and submitted to the Event Sales Director no later than 30 days prior to the event. On a case-by-case basis, the option to reschedule will be presented.
