We got married a little over a week ago at the Wildwood Inn, and I cannot say enough about how obsessed I am with the venue and about how wonderful everyone was throughout the entire process. The Wildwood Inn was the first venue I looked at when planning our wedding, and it was the last because, frankly, I couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to celebrate. The ability to stay in the 14 guest rooms was a highlight for us, as most of our guests were from out of town, and on top of being a nice gesture to some of those guests, it also allowed us the opportunity to visit with them further after the wedding without having to move to a bar for an after-party. The ceremony space is perfect for anyone having a smaller, more intimate wedding (we had just under 60 guests), and the pergola and string lights lent it an ethereal feel for our evening ceremony. We haven’t gotten our pictures yet, but since we forgot to make an unplugged ceremony announcement (oops!), we have some photos from guests that tell me our professional pictures are going to be beautiful on this backdrop. The reception took place in the dining area, and we opted to keep the bar out on the patio, which allowed us enough space to keep the dance floor inside (rather than moving it to the patio, which was the alternative option for larger parties). With six round tables (seating 10 each) , the dance floor was big enough to fit everyone who wanted to boogie but not so big that you felt like you were dancing in the open! Our coordinator, Madison, kept everyone to task, helped to fix my bustle when I kept tripping, and made sure we didn’t miss out on any of the food (she pre-packed some desserts and left them in our room). She also made sure a guest could get a last-minute lactose-free meal, made sure we got our custom drink glasses on our table, and helped with numerous other requests! The planning process was a breeze (especially compared to what many other brides seem to experience)! Kaleigh, our planner, was great to work with and answered all of my spur-of-the-moment questions promptly. My initial concern in picking an all-inclusive venue was that I had less control over each individual element. And it’s true that I probably spoke for 45 minutes cumulatively with the floral team, 20 minutes with the photographer, 10 minutes with the DJ, and only sent over info pictures for the cake. Even with Kaleigh, I probably had a total of three hours of face-to-face time. HOWEVER, each of those meetings was purpose-driven and structured to get the answers they needed without wasting your time, and I was so incredibly excited to see how wonderfully my vision came together on the day of…the florals, food, decor, music, EVERYTHING was perfect. If I have one critique, it’s that we weren’t able to get into the venue until 3:00pm for our 5:00 ceremony and so getting ready & doing our first look felt a little rushed. That said, if you’re looking, like I was, for a low-stress wedding and a beautiful place to have it, Wildwood Inn is your place!!

We went on a wedding tour of the Olana given by Calla and it was an incredible experience. She was very patient and polite and took the time get to know us before giving a grand fabulous tour of this enormous one of a kind property. She also provided very interesting history of the Olana. Every wedding questions we had Calla had a detailed answer to. The videos and photos on social media of this location do not do this place justice. It is a must visit!

The quality of their work and value was exceptional - the ballroom is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and incredibly convenient. We were lucky to have the full day at the venue and were able to set up the night before, which made the day-of so much smoother. The managers and staff were incredibly polite, responsive, and great at their jobs. Royal Affairs Ballroom has virtually everything included or available, making the planning process a breeze. We can't recommend them enough for a special occasion!

We chose Aristide FlowerMound because during our search to find a LGBTQIA location to have our wedding, we met with Emily Blanks and she went over everything in a matter of 45 mins and we toured the venue. She also told us a little about her background and family, which made us feel very comfortable. When we left the meeting my husband and I said this is IT! Little did we know it would be one of the greatest decisions that we made for our special day. We then got paired with our Wedding Coordinator Kait B. When we met with Kait we let her know that we had an outside planner that would be working with her and she worked really well with her. Our wedding was truly the most magical day! Barnett Estates was one of the first and only venues we toured because we absolutely fell in love. Weddings can be extremely expensive and we were worried about finding a beautiful venue that was in our budget. For the price point you get access to SO many different decorations that most venues don’t offer. Not to mention that the venue itself is stunning. After booking with them a lot of the stress is immediately taken away as they help you through every step of the way and are quick to respond if you reach out with any questions or concerns. We ended up booking with a lot of the vendors that they recommended and I’m so happy we did! The DJ was AMAZINGLY upbeat and kept the party going all night. The food they offered was delicious and we received so many compliments on it! The cake that we got through their bakery was delicious and they were super accommodating to allergies by offering a gluten free cake as well. The sparklers and fireworks we got for our grand entrance made us feel like we were in a fairy tale. The photographer they recommended didn’t miss a single moment and the photos ended up turning out beautiful. The day of the wedding we did have a small hiccup that caused our grand entrance time to be delayed but they were quick to get it sorted with minimal disruption. The rest of the day went off without a hitch and everything came together perfectly. Weeks later we still have friends and family telling us how it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and a lot of that is thanks to Barnett Estates. Overall we could not recommend Barnett Estates enough. Thank you for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

They were so accommodating and easy to work with. We originally planned on just using the park for both ceremony and reception, but wound up using the brand new Venue 1842 as well. Everything was beautiful. Our wedding was in October and we had gorgeous scenery all around us. Flowers in bloom, butterflies flying past. There's so much space and lots of options for ceremony spots. We had three locations we considered depending on the weather. For getting ready, I used the Dodson House, which also served as sort of a home base for family prior to the ceremony. We used the chapel to exit from to the ceremony and also retreated there immediately after. It has a small bathroom which is very convenient for a quick potty break right after the ceremony and before photos. There was plenty of parking for guests. It's a park, which means that people may show up to just use the park, but I think I only saw one person who wasn't a guest from a distance- it's plenty big enough for regular park goers to enjoy themselves while still allowing for some wedding privacy.

They make sure everything is prepared before your wedding, you're taken care of throughout the whole planning process, and everything runs as smoothly as possible day of! We toured about 6 other venues around DFW before we visited the Pearl. My husband visited the Pearl at their open house in January 2022 while I was on a work trip and he knew this place was something special. We made an appointment with Connie and Barry for a few days later to go together and as we walked through the venue, we couldn't imagine any place else we wanted our wedding. Barry gave us the best venue tour we had been on and asked us questions about how we wanted our wedding to look to better help us see how our day would be. Throughout the planning process, I probably emailed Connie a dozen times and she was always so quick and happy to help with any suggestions or questions I had. They do a great job of thinking of all the details you need. On our wedding day on March 18, 2023, we couldn't have had a more magical and perfect day. All of our friends and family thought the venue and the wedding were amazing. I can't recommend the Pearl enough and highly encourage you to attend their open house if able or if not then book a tour as soon as you read the review.

Laura's warm and respectful demeanor made working with her a joy, and her meticulous attention to detail truly paid off. We began planning our wedding only 3 months before the big day, and Laura was instrumental in ensuring that our wedding went perfectly. The outdoor setting for our ceremony was breathtaking. Surrounded by the natural beauty of The Venetian Terrace and the surrounding Mandalay Canal, we exchanged vows under the open sky, which added an enchanting touch to the moment. The gondola exit was an absolute showstopper and left our guests in awe. It was a picturesque conclusion to our ceremony, and the Venetian-inspired ambiance added an unforgettable touch of romance. The reception venue itself was a work of art. The elegant decor, the beautiful greenery, and the spacious layout made it the perfect backdrop for our celebration. We received countless compliments from our guests about the stunning setting, and it truly set the mood for an unforgettable evening. Now, let's talk about the food. The salmon and beef tenderloin were culinary delights. The quality and taste exceeded our expectations, and our guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious meal. WRR is located on 100 acres of countryside pastureland, and home to six friendly horses which can be used in your backdrop photos, along with Texas Longhorn and Black Angus cattle. We several lovely outdoor setting backdrops for wedding ceremony or photos, including our 100 year old Oak.
