Located in the beautiful rural Red River bottoms of Dixie, Louisiana, just minutes from downtown Shreveport, the historical venue offers true industrial charm, perfect for any event. The old gin is an authentically rugged but polished backdrop for any style, from the sweet and simple to the most elaborate. The Gin Room

The Gin Room... 3000 square feet of industrial magnificence!

Walking through the front open entrance, you'll be taken aback by the massive feel of our Gin Room. Tall metal beams, weathered tin walls, authentic industrial windows, vintage wood doors, filled with string lighting, and a massive wrought iron chandelier. The perfect place for your reception or an option for your ceremony. The Gin Room opens up to our celebration dock, which is ideal for your dance floor or additional seating space.

Our Outdoor Covered Chapel

Your ceremony...

Our Dixie Gin crew has just walked you to meet that special person who is "giving you away" at those big industrial wood sliding doors. As we open those doors, you see your betrothed, waiting for you at the altar. You walk down our long aisle, past your family and friends seated in our 20 wooden church pews, to your love, standing on our wood altar platform under our big iron chandelier, those beautiful farmer's fields in the background. This is IT!

The Veranda

Our outdoor covered veranda...

As your guest enter, they'll walk onto our covered veranda to sign in and place your gifts at your welcome table under our wrought iron chandelier. This is, also, the perfect space for your rehearsal dinner the night before. At the end of your night, our crew will sneak you away for your sweet private last dance in the chapel before taking your walk through Sparkler Row on the veranda to your exit vehicle.

Wrought iron chandelier, welcome table, lanterns, greenery, signage, our "Dad bench" (where he waits to walk you down the aisle), Dixie Gin crew directed exit, to-go boxes and carry belongings packed in your exit vehicle prior to your Sparkler Row. Rehearsal dinner packages are available and are, typically, held on the veranda in a family style banquet set-up.

The Bar Room and Lounge

Our bar room and outdoor covered lounge...

Just off the Gin Room is our beautifully decorated bar room, featuring a unique large mirror behind our large dark wooden bar. Your guests await their drinks under another iron chandelier. Adjacent the bar room is an outdoor covered lounge where you can sit back and relax on one of our vintage pews or have hors de'oeuvres from our vintage gin cart table.
