Charlene came to my rescue when my previous coordinator dipped on me and took my money about a month prior to our date. I had asked for referrals from a vendor, and he suggested Charlene, and she quickly requested a consultation. As soon as we hired her, she jumped into action asking for all my contracts and information I had since I already did most of the things. Charlene was prompt with responding to my emails and asked all the right questions. Charlene did more for me within that month than my other coordinator ever did in the last 2 years. Charlene was kind and direct, and gave many suggestions to elevate my ideas which was very helpful! Day of our wedding, I couldn’t have asked for a better turnout. I had an idea of everything I wanted, but gave her and assistants freedom to change anything they saw fit. Charlene, and her assistants Megan and Rene brought all my ideas to life better than I imagined! I was very happy with their service and their friendly/positive vibes. They were very quick with timings and helped me with everything, that I didn’t have to worry about a thing! I wish I had hired Charlene from the beginning, but things happen for a reason! Oh my goodness! Where do I start?! Candice/Signed in Pink Events was INCREDIBLE!!!! Talk about someone who goes above and beyond to bring your wedding day vision to life! I came across (Signed in Pink Events) as a recommendation from a bridal group on social media. After looking at some of her really positive 5 star reviews, I decided to reach out to her. I originally was looking for a day of coordinator when I reached out to Candice, however when I first saw her prices, I realized I could afford the month of coordination services which ended up being a great idea. I hired Candice/Signed in Pink Events over a year before my wedding on December 20th. From the moment I hired her, she IMMEDIATELY, put me at ease. She walked me through all of their services, the process, asked me plenty of questions to get a good feel of what I want and provided a lot of clarity for me. I quickly realized, she knew what she was doing! Candice and her team were hired for “month of coordination” however, Candice made herself available to me for whenever I had a question or needed some advisement. Over the year, she really helped me through the wedding planning process, even when I hired an untrustworthy beauty vendor. With her support and guidance, I was able to quickly get out of that contract and later went on to work with an AMAZING team of beauty vendors that Candice went back to verify. As type A as I am as a person, I truly felt that I could trust Candice’s judgement and knowledge and she NEVER steered me wrong! I was even able to relax a little bit with her supporting me. Candice also handled my wedding decor and I was THRILLED that I went with her. She managed to handle all the vendor stuff AND perfectly execute my husband and I’s decor vision. I checked in Candice at least every couple of weeks just because lol She is such a fun and helpful person, it was very easy to work with her and come to her for my bridal anxiety needs or general questions. By the time we were coming up on the time for her to officially begin her “month of” services, she knew EVERYTHING we wanted, how we wanted it, all of the vendors we were using, who she needed to follow up with, how to she was going to plan out walkthrough, meetings. She had her questions ready for vendors, welcome card for vendors, rehearsal layouts ready…just the whole 9 yards (and then some)! She had everything running like a well oiled machine leading up to the wedding day, and on the wedding day, she handled everything! I can’t tell you how many times she told me “I got you! Don’t worry about anything!” and she meant every word of it! She really had it! All the coordination between vendors, the decor vision, the schedule…it was all so smooth! And she got along with every one of my vendors! And they easily went to her with no issues. The day of my wedding was INCREDIBLE!!! All the decor was PERFECT!!! She went above and beyond!!! I was so excited!!! It was all worth it! She was the absolute best at what she does! No wonder she is an award winning event coordinator. She is an absolutely joy! If ANYONE is looking for a wedding event coordinator look no further! You have found her!!! She is professional, helpful, kind, detail oriented, organized, down to earth but also she is about her business! She and her team will make your vision happen! As we got closer to the wedding, and things inevitably became more hectic, vendors would email us questions and before I could even think of a response, Renee had already replied and had the situation handled. I can’t tell you the amount of ease and stress relief Renee brought us. The weekend of the wedding, my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her team was quick and efficient and got things done. Our ceremony and reception set up was done exactly the way we had described and even exceeded expectations when we told her to use her creative liberties! I am the type to stress about details and worry about things running smoothly, but on our wedding day, I didn’t think twice about anything but enjoying the day. We knew Renee had it handled. If I thought of something last minute to bring up to Renee she would immediately say with ease, “we have it handled, don’t worry about a thing!!” I can’t emphasize how much that meant to us. My biggest advice to anyone planning a wedding would be to book a wedding planner and to get RENEE!!!! We will forever look back on our wedding knowing we, and everyone at our wedding, fully enjoyed every second and were not swept up in day-of tasks and duties. No one was stressed or worried about getting something done. People got to relax, party, and just enjoy themselves, because Renee had it handled.

This is a way too late review for a spectacular wedding planner and event designer who brought to life the wedding of my dreams in June 2022! Lauren and her team truly provide a 5-star experience in every way and more. Before I met Lauren, I had a vision for my wedding, but really wasn't sure how to bring it to fruition. I was walking through the "steps" recommended in different timeline sheets, which in itself is very tiring, and starting very big picture. But as anyone who has planned a wedding knows, the details start to become very, very overwhelming - especially when there's a specific look and feel you want for your wedding. Where do you invest your time and money? That's where Lauren was a lifesaver. Some key moments in our work together included: aligning us via several conversations and an inspiration deck (really important for making sure you're on the same page), meeting me at a rental facility to walk through design elements together, coordinating with family members to make sure she got a comprehensive picture of what really mattered to me (bless my partner, he couldn't care less), and "secretly" working with family members to make the vision "bigger and better" and surprise me. Lauren also has an IMPECCABLE eye for how to bring all the million details together. She hand-selected and/or advised on every detail, from utensil colors to linens to stamp types to wax seals - all the tiny details that create a full "experience" for you and your guests, but by the end, you don't have energy to pick yourself! Moreover, Lauren is incredibly professional, warm, direct, patient, and supportive - all traits you need in a planner and designer. She will also tell you what she thinks, which is essential, particularly in the home stretch! By the end, Lauren was responsible for creating the wedding of my dreams. I can truly say it was the most magical weekend of my life, and while all weddings are so special when you have the people you love, it doesn't quite feel *spectacular* without all those details coming together. Our venue included a day-of coordinator, which we were skeptical of, but they pretty much insisted. As the months went along, and our planning progressed, our point of contact at the venue changed 3 times. I still had no idea who my day of person would be, but they assured me, someone would be there. With the amount of turnover in the venue's staff, we just didn't feel comfortable trusting that this would be the case. I reached out to a friend who recommended On.Hae.Productions and we spoke with Angie and I just immediately felt better. Angie assured me she would be there for me every step of the way and thank goodness she was. I am not even going to go into the number of things that were missed by the venue, mainly due to the staff changes and notes not passing hands etc, and thankfully, Angie knew our entire vision and was able to swoop in and make sure that the right people were where they needed to be and when. She had to correct the placement of the DJ and the layout of our tent because of course it threatened to rain etc. She just made what could have been problem after problem, turn into a smooth event. We cannot stress how thankful we are to have had Angie and On.Hae.Productions. She really is that insurance package to make sure your day goes right. And, I have to say, she's extremely easy to work with. She listened to what we wanted and made great suggestions based on our ideas, instead of telling us what we wanted and we really appreciated that. We highly recommend a planner and highly recommend On.Hae.Productions.

Our wedding was going to be so simple, if you ask my husband. Tee-shirts. Taco truck. American Legion. Guests. Done. Even he had to thank Fran profusely for all of her foresight, thoughtful touches, and management skills. This was a second wedding for both with kids and exes on both sides. It went off flawlessly, thanks to Fran. Our wedding ceremony and reception were on consecutive days. She printed and framed ceremony pics to display at the reception. She kept an eye on tipsy guests and let us know about potential issues. She found seats for the guests who I had carelessly left off the seating chart. She picked up, deployed, and returned the table cloths and had special little decorations for our table. If you are considering hiring a coordinator, this is the company for you!!!!! We worked together for 11 months and it was clear where we were in the planning process. I over communicate and we have an outrageous number of emails and texts. She was right in step with me, hahahhaha! She went above and beyond, I could not recommend her more. I am very particular about who I work with, Jennifer is the truth! My day was perfect and she made sure we weren’t bogged down by any vendor issues. Oh, and my wedding was on-time! Whenever I do a vow renewal, I’ll hire Jennifer again (or just invite her because we are family now!) Execution- 10’s across the board! Communication- Text, email, phone, social media! I probably had three different conversations going with Jennifer at the same time, hahaha! Price- Very reasonable. Pay her what she asks, it’s worth it!!!
