After spending the last 30 years in Texas, 20 of those learning all things barbecue, we are relocating to central Pennsylvania in January 2025 to begin working with family on the next chapter of Luongo Barbecue.

In 2017, Alex followed his heart followed his heart, venturing to Philadelphia to open a food truck in the city’s burgeoning mobile vending scene.
