Summit Catering

Summit Catering officially opened in 1991. The owner built this small family business from the ground up. In 1998, they welcomed their first child with three more to follow. They work alongside Joe and Dory to help this family business thrive. In 2018, Summit welcomes Chef Kevin to their team to work alongside Joe. Our event planners, Alysa and Tori, will be with you from booking to executing your wedding day. They work 24/7 to ensure you a stress-free wedding planning experience. After 29 successful years of serving South Jersey, Joe, Dory, Kevin, Tori, and Alysa are ready and eager to make your next event a culinary experience!

At Summit Catering we have decided that quality over quantity will keep us successful for many more years. We are a "mass producer" that cannot maintain consistency. Joe and Kevin are our only chefs who oversee all final products. Every hors d'oeuvres, entrèe, and side are prepared fresh to order, from scratch, with only the best ingredients. When viewing our package you will see that we don't just offer food, but many other services. We include full-service china, glassware, silverware, line as well as a DJ and a Custom wedding cake in our per-person price! At Summit Catering we don't just provide food, we provide a memorable experience!

    I cannot say enough good things about Summit. The food and the service are next level, and the attentiveness the day of the wedding is unmatched. Working with the Summit team was fantastic, they really made our day so special and had it go off flawlessly. Tori and the team were so attentive and gave us everything we could’ve asked for. There was not a moment when me or my husband did not feel attended to -- when our drinks were empty, they were there; they made sure we were able to eat and actually enjoy the appetizers at cocktail hour too. The dinner was also delicious. Just really great food all around. So happy we went with Summit. From start to finish they were truly incredible and I cannot recommend them enough.

    Summit Catering was amazing! Top to bottom! They made sure my husband and I were fed and always had a drink, even if it was just water! They helped make the venue look amazing, and made the ceremony seamless! Top tier service! And then the food! Every single food item was amazing! Literally everything! Words can not explain how incredible the food is! We went to a wedding catered by Summit before we booked ours and we could not stop talking about the food! They have a variety of classic and unique food options! I highly recommend them!

    We worked with Summit Catering for our wedding at The Estate at Eagle Lake and we would highly recommend them to anyone! Dory and her team were excellent to work with throughout the planning and the food was fantastic. We chose one of their station's dinner packages and everything was perfect! We wanted our guests to have various choices, and that's exactly what we did with a flatbread pizza station, pasta station, taste of Philly station, and lettuce wrap stations. In addition to our dinner, the dessert parade that followed was even better! Our maitre'd Tori was also excellent and all of her staff made sure we had everything we needed!
