Thanks to their Venue Match service, we found our dream spot—the Prospect Park Boathouse. It was exactly what we envisioned: beautiful, intimate, and full of charm. Mostest made the process so easy by narrowing down options based on our style and budget, which saved us hours of research and back-and-forth on quotes. My favorite part of the service was contract review, where they breakdown each line of the contract so nothing surprised us. We also used their Day-of Coordination, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when they recommended a Junior Coordinator too. Our wedding had two locations—ceremony and reception—and having a point person at each site was a total game-changer, so I'm glad they guided us. It meant everything ran smoothly, and I didn’t get bombarded with questions or last-minute details. The Junior Coordinator handled all the logistics at the ceremony while the lead coordinator managed things at the reception. If your budget allows it, splurge for this add on for sure. Together, they made sure every little detail was perfect. I recommend Mostest to everyone - we were able to enjoy our wedding day without stressing about the details. Working with Angie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My husband, mom, and I often talked about how incredible she was and how we couldn’t believe we thought we could plan the wedding without her! We started planning on our own for the first year and then brought Angie on for the final three months—it was completely worth the investment (in hindsight, I wish we had hired her sooner). Angie is beyond generous with her time. Our weekly meetings, scheduled for an hour, often extended to two, and not once did she make us feel rushed. Her entire approach is so thoughtful—she took the time to really get to know us and our families, and she truly understood our vibe. Then, she took everything to the next level, suggesting creative touches we’d never have thought of, like turning our seating chart into a map of NYC with table names for different neighborhoods! One of the biggest reliefs was having Angie coordinate directly with all of our vendors. She worked with everyone—our venue (Tavern on the Green), rehearsal dinner and brunch venues, hotel, hair and makeup teams, band, photographer, and baker—meaning we didn’t have to manage any of that ourselves. She even managed our payment schedule, which was such a huge help. Angie was always full of great ideas, and she didn’t just come up with them—she would go ahead and make them happen! From printing all of our signage to supplying candles, photo frames, and even ring boxes, she has everything you need. Her calm, empathetic nature and fantastic listening skills made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Honestly, we were so sad when the wedding ended because it meant no more weekly calls with Angie! If you’re even considering working with her, I cannot recommend her enough—she is a true gem!

She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. A day-of-coordinator is one of the last wedding vendors I considered, and working with Cindy made me wish I booked her right after getting engaged! Every step of the process working with Cindy demonstrated her professionalism, skill, and kindness. From our first consultation call, she immediately put me at ease and shared her own experience with weddings similar to ours. Throughout the planning process, she was highly accessible starting from the time we booked with her, striking the best balance of offering her perspective while encouraging us to make the decision that was best for us. She also offered invaluable insight such as recommending an excellent videographer who we were very happy with. Despite her busy schedule during peak wedding season, she always ensured that I, my now husband, and parents felt heard and received her full attention. The night before my wedding, a vendor reached out with a timing concern that would have led me to panic had it not been for Cindy, who solved the issue without my having to give it a second thought, leading to the ceremony entrance that my husband and I dreamed of. The day of my wedding, Cindy and Caroline immediately brought a sense of calm and joy when my bridesmaids and I were getting ready, and were on top of little wrinkles that arose in the plan, such as when a transportation vendor didn’t show up. I hadn’t realized that there would be so many wedding items to keep track of (vendor gratuities, favors, signs, toasting flutes, etc etc etc), but Cindy and Caroline ensured that all these things were set up correctly at the venue, and packed up at the end of the night. Overall, it is hard to imagine how the day would have gone without them. They were unquestionably an essential part of how we were able to enjoy some calm and lots of fun during our wedding day, and we are so grateful to them!

Let me tell you, you do, and you freaking deserve it. No matter how much you plan you WILL need her. Every question, she has the answer and the 4 weeks leading up to your wedding are insane, so the fact that she coordinated all the communication with vendors legit saved my job. Day of, she and her squad showed up with a legit Mary Poppins bag of anything you would need day of. From safety pins to foot numbing spray to q tips. Because all of the reviews of planners on this site are glowing and positive, which makes it hard to choose, let me list out what she did for me as she was actually a super woman planner. 1. On my way to the church I realized I didn't have my veil. I gave her a call, she picked up on the first ring and didn't even bother to ask me where it was all she said was "no problem"! She sped back to venue and retrieved it and made it back to the church right on time. 2. After a sunshine filled week nothing short of an actual cyclone descended on my wedding day. I was determined to make my boardwalk pics happen (despite that legit never being possible). As I looked at my frigid bridesmaids I couldn't hold it in and the full sob occurred. We relocated into the venue and I was shocked to find my venue 100% set up 2 hours early and it looked absolutely stunning. Victoria had foreseen this inevitability and saved my day. 3. Oh and about the full sob, she was there with a large glass of Chardonnay, the perfect shade of Dior lip gloss and a beauty blender to patch me back together after. 4. The entire day went on exactly as planned per the timeline bc she was there! Ladies, your not going to be wearing your Apple Watch on your wedding day and you are going to be so emotional you don't deserve to be thinking about what's next. 5. We forgot my MIL favorite bottle of wine at my dads house, Danielle zoomed to his house, got in using a hidden key, retrieved it and showed up and handed it to me drenched from the rain. 6. After my wedding day when I felt guilty for having social anxiety the day of she was so supportive and honest in telling me all my feelings were 100% normal and don't trust everything you see on instagram (many brides are unprepared for 300 eyes on them). Last thing, unlike some NJ planners that only do weddings over 100k, she isn't like that AT ALL. The best planners can work with any budget, and Victoria is actually THE BEST.
