This Victorian treasure was built in the late 1880s, and originally served as the county courthouse. It’s been lovingly restored, and boasts a two-story theater space with an exquisitely embellished ceiling and wraparound mezzanine balcony. In the warmer months, ceremonies may be held in Centanni Courtyard. This airy outdoor space continues the historic feel of the Arts Center with lawns, a large arbor, and brick pathways. Your rental fee helps support the Center’s mission: to educate the community about diversity through the presentation of multicultural arts programs, and to make the center available to artists and groups who may not otherwise have access to a professionally equipped space.

Willowdale Estate is a private mansion, just 30-miles north of Boston, Massachusetts. Located within a 720-acre state forest, and along the pristine Ipswich River. Our private estate is the perfect setting for a New England wedding ceremony and reception. Our coordination team and catering staff will execute your plan with grace, leaving you free to enjoy the party and mix with your guests. At Willowdale Estate, we host two wedding seasons. Our Tent Season from May-October is perfect for parties between 125-240 guests, and our Mansion Season from November-April is better suited for smaller parties between 80-125 guests inside our Estate. Everyone who gives to or harvests from this land feels a special connection to it. Farmer Anthony grew up on a fruit farm in England. He moved to the United States in 1995 and took his family with him. They fell in love with what is now Monadnock Berries and the rest is history. They started as a family farm and consider their employees to be family as well.

Once a colonial farmstead known as Cherry Hill Farm, the Bradley Estate was transformed in 1902 into a classic country estate. Dr. Arthur Tracey Cabot hired noted Architect Charles Platt to design a great house, landscaped grounds, and a complex of farm and estate buildings. Platt adorned the lovely natural setting with manicured lawns, a walled garden, and a brick-edged parterre garden. In 1945, Cabot's niece Eleanor Cabot Bradley acquired Cherry Hill Farm and lived there with her husband until its bequest to The Trustees of Reservations in 1991. Mrs. Bradley made some notable additions to the property, including a greenhouse and a studio. Today, the Bradley Estate is open to the public and the house and grounds host special occasions for both private and corporate clients.
