Welcome to The Barn at Bull Meadow, a 7,000 square foot rustic yet modern wedding and event center located less than 10 minutes from downtown Concord, New Hampshire. The 571-acre Scott Farm, a The Landmark Trust USA property, is home to 130 varieties of ecologically-grown heirloom apples and other fine fruits, a seasonal Farm Market, and the Apple Barn Event Center. It was originally built as a stucco home, in what was an area of parceled farms. Over time, the house was expanded and was eventually converted into a stone estate. The house fell into disrepair and in 1994, came into our guardianship. We have been working ever since to return it to its former glory. Stonehouse, with its arched windows, and open porches, would serve as a picturesque backdrop for any function. We have a luxurious indoor space that accommodates 70 guests. For weddings exceeding 70 guests your even takes place in a pristine Century Pole tent. *Stonehouse On The Hill requires you book one of our approved caterers for food and beverages for your event.*

Smolak Farms is steeped in history. At the age of two, owner Michael Smolak bore witness to his Aunt Willie’s wedding on the farm. Little did he know then, back in 1954, that that wedding would be the start of a long and beautiful tradition of using Smolak Farms as a cherished wedding venue. Known as the "hidden gem" of Groveland, Veasey Memorial Park rests within 45 acres of conservation land with 80 acres of freshwater views.
