Historic, breath taking 4 story barn The farm and barn are about 200 years old, and the barn was originally used for cows. Over the years, it has been very well taken care of, so the original beams are still there, in sizes and shapes that you just can't get anymore! The barn renovations completed in 2020 and it is all ADA compliant and up to code. In the barn, there is a full sound system, 14 chandeliers, a beautiful live edge bar top, two high end composting toilets (the flushing kind!), massive barn blue doors on each end, and a grand entrance staircase. The barn holds up to 200 people and is big enough that you don't have to rent a tent even with tables and chairs, a major benefit and money saver! Congratulations on Your Engagement! For an intimate wedding of 10 or grand affair for 400 guests, we have a private reception room for your wedding. Our perfectly manicured gardens are surrounded by tranquil waterfalls, rolling green fairways and spectacular scenery throughout the resort. Our dedicated professionals offer impeccable service to personalize your special day. We offer two outdoor ceremony locations May-October each with its own unique and private setting. Our Gazebo area offers a romantic and intimate ceremony surrounded by waterfalls and garden. The Trellis is set on beautiful cobblestone grounds surrounded by luscious greens and woodlands.

The Victoria Inn and Pavilion is a picture perfect wedding venue in Hampton, NH and is known for its romantic wedding and special events. Located just half a mile from the ocean, this venue features two gorgeous outdoor event spaces for couples who love the charm of outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions. We host wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, milestone birthday, anniversary, bat mitzvah and corporate events and other special events. We have been hosting wedding for over 15 years at the pavilion and gazebo (although new on this platform). We are a family oriented business with a promise to make your special day a truly memorable one. Couples, bridesmaids and groomsmen can stay at our inn where we have space for 20 guests.
