Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. We have two banquet rooms. The larger of the two, the Berkshire room, has a capacity of 100-350 (minimum of 150 on a Saturday and 100 on any other day of the week). Crystal Lake Golf Club is an 18 hole Golf Course built on the shores of Beautiful Crystal Lake in Mapleville, RI. We have a full Club House with Pro Shop, Restaraunt, Function Room, Locker Rooms and Member's Lounge. The 23,000 sq. foot clubhouse opened a year later in May of 2004 consisting of the scenic Waterfront Room with a seating capacity of 225 and Tavern with accommodations of 100 people for lunch and dinner everyday during the golf season.

The 571-acre Scott Farm, a The Landmark Trust USA property, is home to 130 varieties of ecologically-grown heirloom apples and other fine fruits, a seasonal Farm Market, and the Apple Barn Event Center. The Apple Barn accommodates up to 120 guests, has a commercial kitchen, three restrooms, one is wheelchair accessible.
