Basil Place is a farm and wedding venue on a private, 100 acre estate. We prioritizes sustainability, permaculture, and ethical treatment to not only our farm animals, but all animals residing on our property.

The Yellow House is a historic farmhouse built in 1857 that sits on 120 acres of farmland. The house is a regional favorite when our field of sunflowers blooms in late August and early September. Guests can utilize the interior of the farmhouse as well as the expansive grounds.

The Ballroom at Park Lane is a luxury banquet hall in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This upscale venue features iconic columns and a ornate crown molding for an elegant wedding celebration. Couples will find this ballroom eight minutes from the Agora Theater & Ballroom, near Case Western Reserve University. This structure was originally built in 1923. It opened as a luxury hotel and speakeasy for the elite. It changed with the times and, in the 1960s, served as a concert venue that hosted the likes of Bob Dylan and Arlo Guthrie. Today, it hosts weddings as timeless as the building itself.

Originally built in the early 1900s for luxury faucet manufacturing, the 22,000 square foot warehouse sat empty for decades. The creative potential of the location caught our eye, and in 2016, we went to work to renovate the building. As event vendors ourselves, we designed The Madison to be the best parts of every cool venue we’ve ever worked from Seattle to New York City and Chicago to the Caribbean. In 2018, we reopened the restored space The Madison. We quickly gained acclaim from the area’s top event planners, community collaborators, and even local professional athletes. 32 West Eighth is housed in one of the most architecturally distinguished buildings in Erie. The Grand Ballroom opens up to two-story tall columns which draw your eye to the festive plaster relief ceiling. Front is the stage where you can dine with a view of the festivities. The Ballroom's floor is a suspended hardwood that allows you to dance the night away! While larger than the Grand Ballroom, Arcadia gives a more intimate feel with a lower ceiling and stone columns with flickering "candles". The Peacock Fountain and Fireplace add a quaint, old-world charm to the space and is perfect for themed events. Located in the historic Hanna Mansion at Manakiki Golf Course, Dino’s at Manakiki provides everything couples need for their dream wedding. The Ballroom with it’s high windows walks out onto a covered terrace. Here guests can enjoy cocktails while taking in the gorgeous views of Manakiki golf course. Adjacent to the Clubhouse is the secluded Grove, our beautiful wooded ceremony space. The Grove is available in conjunction with receptions and includes an indoor backup plan in case of inclement weather. Chauncey and Cleopatra Case settled in Hudson in 1814 and the Case Barlow Farm was a family run farm until 1995. We are a nonprofit organization focused on preserving the farm and engaging the community to learn about and enjoy the farm. Our venue consists of 4.2 acre grounds and a large "Big Red" restored bank barn. We've installed a beautiful new floor, modern restrooms and a catering area. The farmhouse was built in 1831 and is available for the bridal party to use prior to the event. 100 gold Chiavari chairs with cushions and 15 5 foot round tables are include in the rental fee. We are building a 5' wide brick walkway up the the barn entrance with a patio and firepit for a great outdoor experience. Our Gardens, Orchard and outbuildings present great photo opportunities. We're available to tour the facilities

Woodland Estate is an historic mansion built at the turn of the century with all of the opulence and luxury of the early 1900's. A unique and remarkable venue that brings romance, whimsy, enchantment and decadence to any event. Your guests will marvel at the details of the hand carved marble fireplace, imported Italian checkered marble floors, stunning staircase and sparkling leaded crystal chandeliers. The newly added ballroom allows for weddings for up to 400 guests. With its vaulted ceilings and walls of windows & french doors it allows your party to experience the the beauty of the 27 acres of rolling fields to one side, woods to the other and coming soon... a vineyard!
