Originally built in the early 1900s for luxury faucet manufacturing, the 22,000 square foot warehouse sat empty for decades. The creative potential of the location caught our eye, and in 2016, we went to work to renovate the building. As event vendors ourselves, we designed The Madison to be the best parts of every cool venue we’ve ever worked from Seattle to New York City and Chicago to the Caribbean. In 2018, we reopened the restored space The Madison. We quickly gained acclaim from the area’s top event planners, community collaborators, and even local professional athletes. The sweeping landscape of Hale Farm & Village is nestled in the heart of the Cuyahoga Valley. Conveniently located between Cleveland and Akron, mid-nineteenth-century homes, rustic barns, and colorful gardens are picturesquely clustered across the 90-acre grounds of our historic working farm and village. Combined with the modern gatehouse and patio, Hale Farm & Village can offer a variety of unique sites for your next event. After having your wedding ceremony in the historic 1850 Greek Revival meetinghouse or the apple orchard, kick off a memorable celebration in the open-air pavilion or the gatehouse. But really, you can come to take a look and choose your favorite backdrop anywhere on site – the sky’s the limit!

The Yellow House is a historic farmhouse built in 1857 that sits on 120 acres of farmland. The house is a regional favorite when our field of sunflowers blooms in late August and early September. Guests can utilize the interior of the farmhouse as well as the expansive grounds.

Punderson Manor is a cozy English Tudor-style manor, complete with beautiful architecture. The surrounding natural beauty make its Ohio setting all the more charming, and gives you plenty to do while you’re here. At Punderson Manor, you’ll have a 150-acre glacial lake in your backyard, miles of beautiful trails, and nothing but time to explore it all.

​The Club at Hillbrook, a private 50-acre estate, is located minutes from downtown Chagrin Falls, Ohio at the end of a picturesque country road. Located in the historic Hanna Mansion at Manakiki Golf Course, Dino’s at Manakiki provides everything couples need for their dream wedding. The Ballroom with it’s high windows walks out onto a covered terrace. Here guests can enjoy cocktails while taking in the gorgeous views of Manakiki golf course. Adjacent to the Clubhouse is the secluded Grove, our beautiful wooded ceremony space. The Grove is available in conjunction with receptions and includes an indoor backup plan in case of inclement weather. Dino’s, owned and operated by the Tibaldi family has been serving the Cleveland area for over 60 years, building a reputation for truly fantastic food. Chauncey and Cleopatra Case settled in Hudson in 1814 and the Case Barlow Farm was a family run farm until 1995. We are a nonprofit organization focused on preserving the farm and engaging the community to learn about and enjoy the farm. Our venue consists of 4.2 acre grounds and a large "Big Red" restored bank barn. We've installed a beautiful new floor, modern restrooms and a catering area. The farmhouse was built in 1831 and is available for the bridal party to use prior to the event. 100 gold Chiavari chairs with cushions and 15 5 foot round tables are include in the rental fee. We are building a 5' wide brick walkway up the the barn entrance with a patio and firepit for a great outdoor experience. Our Gardens, Orchard and outbuildings present great photo opportunities. The Ballroom at Park Lane is a luxury banquet hall in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This upscale venue features iconic columns and a ornate crown molding for an elegant wedding celebration.
