About this venue
Woodland Estate is an historic mansion built at the turn of the century with all of the opulence and luxury of the early 1900's. A unique and remarkable venue that brings romance, whimsy, enchantment and decadence to any event. Your guests will marvel at the details of the hand carved marble fireplace, imported Italian checkered marble floors, stunning staircase and sparkling leaded crystal chandeliers. The newly added ballroom allows for weddings for up to 400 guests. With its vaulted ceilings and walls of windows & french doors it allows your party to experience the the beauty of the 27 acres of rolling fields to one side, woods to the other and coming soon... a vineyard!

The brand new 6,400 sq ft ballroom with vaulted ceilings features floor-to-ceiling glass French doors that allow for beautiful natural lighting. The South doors open to our outdoor courtyard patio, grounds, walking trails, and garden. Customizable floor plans and layouts are available for event seating up to 400 guests
