The enchanted teahouse is the perfect, intimate setting for a wedding ceremony or vow renewal.

The 100-year-old teahouse is located on a grass and stone patio, with lush greenery, old stone walls, and through a wrought iron gate creating the perfect setting for an intimate ceremony.

The Club at Hillbrook was the perfect setting for my husband and I’s storybook wedding on June 15, 2024. From the moment we met Gina, we knew we were in good hands. Gina was attentive, responsive, and incredibly pleasant to work with. Every detail of our wedding was taken care of seamlessly, ensuring that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. But Hillbrook wasn’t just about Gina; the entire staff was friendly, professional, and AMAZING! They made our wedding day truly unforgettable. The grounds at Hillbrook are simply gorgeous and served as the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and photos. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about our wedding, and we received countless compliments. Yes, we do require valet parking for any event with over 50 people. This is built into our wedding packages. For small event pricing, we do keep valet pricing separate.

The Club at Hillbrook operates as a “Bottle Club” and does not sell alcoholic beverages. However, members and events are welcome to bring in their own wine, beer and liquor. Hillbrook provides all standard bar wash, fruit, glassware and bartenders. Corkage and set up fees may apply.

All catering is done in house, we offer plated as our primary option but can also accommodate buffet and stationed meals as well. We do allow our weddings to bring in their own dessert and cake, we do have some in house dessert options as well.

You would either need to have a current Hillbrook member sponsor for your wedding or you would be required to join the club in order to host any event here. We offer a basic dining membership which would allow you to dine at the facility as well as host events for a minimal cost to help make it easier for couples be able to utilize the club.
