The food was great l, the service was great and Jonah was amazing throughout the whole process. He was so easy to work with, accommodating and had a great overall aura about him. From the first time my husband and I visited SRS we absolutely loved the space. We are both born and raised in Queens and wanted to get married somewhere that really felt like the both of us and is a reflection of our love for Queens and for this city. Una is the venue coordinator and she is fantastic. This being a raw space venue, you need someone who knows the ins and outs of planning an event in this setting. She guided us the whole way throughout the process and was instrumental in coordinating all of our vendors on the day of our wedding. This space is perfect for someone who wants their wedding or event to be unique and tailored to you and your partners tastes. Our wedding day was absolutely amazing thanks to all of our vendors and the SRS staff. All of our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the space is and how much they loved the view. We would absolutely have our wedding reception here again and would recommend this space to anyone.

The experience I had at Renaissance was truly unforgettable. Lisa and Maritza went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for my event. Their responsiveness, helpfulness, and engaging personalities added to the overall positive experience. The hall itself is stunning and I regret not having better pictures to capture its beauty. We were able to utilize both the outside for our wedding ceremony and the inside for our reception, creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for our family and friends. My husband and I, decided to do buffet style for the dinner. The food served at the buffet was absolutely amazing. We also chose the premium open bar, the bartenders did an amazing job with the drinks. My husband and I wedded on July 26,2024, and to this day our family and friends still talk about how much fun they had and how delicious the food and drinks were. My husband and I just got married at Terrace on the Park on 2/17/24 in the Penthouse. The venue is absolutely stunning. We had looked at plenty of venues before selecting this one. From the start, Mildred was so helpful. Answering any questions we had and making sure all of our expectations were met and exceeded. The finalist manager, Nicole, was also amazing. Both her & Mildred were there on our wedding day to make sure everything went as planned. The chapel was set up beautifully for our ceremony, and the cocktail hour in the garden suite was amazing (from what we heard). The venue itself provides breathtaking views of the city and the surrounding landmarks, such as the world’s fair globe, citifield, Arthur Ashe stadium, and others. I wish I could go back to the beginning and plan it again with the same people!

The Bonnie staff, in particular their exception events coordinator Tali, made our dream wedding come to life. Their expertise, dedication, communication and support throughout the entire wedding process felt like a Godsend. We were blown away by how seamlessly everything came together. We frequent the Bonnie for dinners and brunches and when we first laid eyes on their beautiful enclosed garden - we knew it was the perfect spot for our wedding. The food is UNREAL. Picking M. Wells as my wedding venue was the best decision I’ve ever made. You feel like you’re part of their family the moment you reach out. Sarah was so easy going and positive and flexible. Everything we asked, she said yes to. They are so supportive of whatever you want, whatever will make your day special and unique to you. The space is stunning and unique and can accommodate the ceremony and reception with different configurations to accommodate small to medium weddings. We had 75 guests and it was ideal. It’s intimate, cozy and just so special. The neighborhood is fun and trendy and makes for amazing pictures. And I promise you will not get better food for the price anywhere else. It’s the best deal in NYC. There is no set menu to choose from - you tell the chef what you like and they come up with amazing, inventive dishes, personalized to you and the season. The food was incredible and impressive and bountiful. We even had a poutine course after dessert! All my guests said my wedding was the most fun, unique wedding they had been to and everyone raved about the food. It was pure magic and love from start to finish. The Foundry is a beautiful venue and so easy to work with! Angela and Lindsey were so helpful and responsive. We couldn’t have picked a more beautiful setting, it was just perfect. My ONLY complaint is that even though they do not book any other events for the same time, they charge extra to book any rooms in addition to the main space and courtyard.

The rose room is such a unique venue in LIC that offers incredible views of the city!! However, the liberty to transform the venue into any type of space is what I loved most - its a gorgeous blank canvas that lends itself to any theme. Erica has been so great to work with - unfortunately the wedding planning process can be filled with roadblocks and hurdles but the rose room has by far been the least complicated vendor to work with!

Brooklyn Greens went the extra mile to make sure our Rehearsal/Welcome Drinks was perfect. Farm To People gave us the most incredible, perfectly executed wedding day we could have asked for. 

The venue perfectly combines rustic mountain farmhouse vibes with industrial Brooklyn coolness. 

The food was outrageously fresh and delicious, our friends and family could not believe wedding food could be that good. 
 
Of course, no truly great event is possible without truly great people - and you will not find warmer, better, more dedicated people anywhere. 

 The FTP team puts so much love and thought into everything they do, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Since it is situated in Roosevelt Island, it was the perfect venue to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the city and yet still get a beautiful view of the Manhattan Skyline. The team was also very friendly and supportive to all of our requests and questions. They made sure that our event will go accordingly to what we have envisioned. To top it all off, the food was amazing!!! It is so rare for the celebrants to eat during the event itself but I personally couldn't contain myself. Every dish that was offered during our event was impeccable and there wasn't any miss. There is not one bad thing that I could honestly say about this venue and the team behind. I highly recommend this to everyone!

We built our space to be unique and original in many ways but also very minimalist and interchangeable. Our tasting room is 1,000 sf with 2 concrete bars. Large windows open onto the sidewalk. One small bar is good for the DJ set up or serving food! Lights are all dimmable to create different moods. The main feature of the space is the large circular bar with 40 taps behind it and a big circular window that overlooks our production space. On tap we have a large selection of our cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), local beers, spirits and wine. There are 2 restrooms. There is plenty of seating, bar seats, custom bench and circular tables, all can be moved or removed. We also offer full packages including coordinating catering, djs and florals with additional add ons such as fun booths or photographers. Send us a message if you want to see more!

The team is truly a delight to work with. Wandering Barman is a special space that wowed all our guests. Not only do they have delicious drinks and incredible ambiance, but the staff made our event a huge success. They could not have made the party easier to plan. We hosted a welcome party the day before our wedding at Milk and Roses new location on Box St. Daniela was a pleasure to work with, and walked us through the whole process to ensure everything was exactly how we wanted. We configured a custom menu of passed hors d'oeuvres and a pasta buffet. Their space is absolutely beautiful. The garden feels romantic and on a warm afternoon in late April was full of new life. The indoor space is cozy and chique. The staff was excellent all night - providing flawless and friendly service. We had approximately 80 people, but could have fit more if needed. Milk and Roses is a true gem in Greenpoint and we would recommend it for your next event.

Brooklyn Winery was the first venue that we looked at and we immediately knew that it was the perfect fit for us. The space is absolutely beautiful and has the perfect layout for a wedding. The greenery wall was the perfect backdrop for our wedding ceremony. We also loved the skylights and all of the fun lighting fixtures throughout the space, which made for such a cozy and intimate atmosphere. We also had wonderful interactions with every single person that we worked with at Brooklyn Winery. Our first conversation and venue tour with Tatiana was extremely informative and helped to answer all of the questions that we had. This made us feel comfortable in our decision to choose Brooklyn Winery for our wedding. We got to meet more of the venue staff during our tasting and all of them were so kind to us. Everyone came over to introduce themselves and get to know us. We had dinner at the restaurant after our final walkthrough and were able to see some of the venue staff from the tasting, who remembered us and happily accommodated our dietary restrictions. And most importantly, we absolutely LOVED working with our Event Manager, Marissa Allain! Marissa was incredibly helpful in the months leading up to the wedding, providing quick responses to all of our questions. She kept us organized and thought through every little detail so that everything would run smoothly on the day of the wedding. Marissa helped us feel at ease throughout the whole process of wedding planning. She was so warm, genuine, and thoughtful and we feel so lucky to have had her as our event manager. We don’t know how we could have done it without her. The food was also a highlight of having a wedding at Brooklyn Winery. We had several guests with food allergies / dietary restrictions including dairy free, gluten free, pescatarian, vegetarian, and more. Brooklyn Winery was able to help us modify the dishes that selected to accommodate all of these dietary restrictions and make sure that there would be something for everybody to enjoy. And the food was delicious! We were blown away at how good it was and received countless compliments from friends and family. Thank you to the Brooklyn Winery team for helping us have a beautiful wedding that we will remember for the rest of our lives :)!

Rule of Thirds is a restaurant and event venue that operates out of Brooklyn, New York. Situated in a vibrant, urban setting not far from McCarren Park, there is a chic, design-orientated, and industrial ambience to enjoy here. An ideal place to host your wedding celebration, you are sure to be enthralled by the high quality of space, food, drink, and service within the venue.

Where to even begin! First off, my wife and I had a fairly large wedding for NYC, roughly 200 people, so when we started to look at venues, we were so nervous about what we would find. Rule of Thids was actually the first venue we saw, and we were blown away by the space. If you’re renting out the full venue, you get access to the entire restaurant, plus the event space, as well as the outdoor area. It makes the flow of the wedding so nice, so everyone wasn’t crammed into one space as they were trying to flip it for the ceremony, dinner, and dancing. We were also able to rent out the photo studio attached to the sake shop to get ready in, so we were on-site all day, which was AMAZING. We could easily discuss things with our day-of coordinator, florist, etc., and the space was so large and had impeccable light (our makeup artist and hair stylist were super happy with it!). We chose to use the venue coordinator, Julie, as our day of coordinator, and we cannot say enough good things about her. She was incredibly responsive, super organized, and comes from the wedding industry, so she brought up things that we didn’t even think to consider for the day of that were so helpful. Beyond that, she was so pleasant to work with and just had an amazing, chill vibe that everyone wants from their coordinator on the wedding day. It was also amazing that she works at the venue, so she knew all the ins and outs of the space and could easily coordinate with our other vendors. She helped ensure the bridal party was in the right places at the right time, moved people from room to room when needed, and helped us stay on track with the flow of the wedding, which was perfect and so seamless. She and the ROT team set up the entire space exactly as we envisioned, and everything looked beautiful! The venue is honestly perfect for a wedding. We were able to use private dining spaces in the venue for a photobooth and coat closet, plenty of bathrooms (not something you think about until you go to a wedding with too few!), an amazing outdoor space for guests to cool down/get away from the noise, a huge dance floor area, spacious dining room, and so many bars for our guests to go to. The staff were all amazing, endlessly refilling drinks and food, and everyone was incredibly nice. Even after all of the amazing things above, the best part about Rule of Thirds is the food. From the cocktail hour to the dessert, this food is amazing and well beyond typical wedding standards. We had so many guests tell us how good everything was, and we were told this was the first wedding at the venue where every single canape and raw bar item was eaten, so our guests were very happy! (if you can, splurge on the raw bar because it was so good!!) After the ceremony, they set up a spot for us to sample all the canapes and raw bar items, which we were super thankful for since we would never have eaten anything otherwise. We also had a very specific request for a mazeman noodle dish we had eaten when we toured the space a year prior, and the chef and team made it happen for us, which was AMAZING and so incredibly delicious. If you’re looking for a wedding venue and considering Rule of Thirds, DO IT! We wish we could relive the day all over again because it was so amazing, and we will forever be hoping someone else we know gets married here so we can experience something similar again.
