A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch. It also includes access to bar and a Bartender is provided (alcohol is BYOB.) Includes bluetooth sound system as well with microphones. This also includes any in house decor we have- couples are free to use it. Suite and Groom Quarters are provided and bookings get property access at 8 am to midnight. 2024 pricing is $3200 for a Saturday date and $2700 for a Friday or Sunday date. $1700 Mon thru Thursday and Micro weddings (less than 30) start at $1200.

Duck Pond Manor was originally known as the England Mansion. The mansion’s building process began in 1861(according to family stories). The house was finally completed Dec 27, 1867. This 5000 sq ft mansion was built using bricks fired in a kiln right in the farm. The original Apple House still stands behind the mansion.

We require a liability insurance policy for up to $1,000,000 for the day of the event. We have a beautiful Ready Room that is yours for the day of booking. You also get tables and chairs include. We don't have a list preferred vendors, so the catering is 100% your choice. We have a reach in cooler, ice maker, sink (no food allowed down sink), 3 trashcans, and hot box in the catering area. Alcohol is allowed, but absolutely no selling alcohol or serving to minors. There is a stereo system hooked up with 1/8" cable in the room where a DJ can plug a computer or you can bring in your own equipment.
