Grand Oak Barn

Oaklawn Farms' First & Most Popular Wedding Venue Site

Grand Oak Barn was built with Oak Trees that were harvested off of the Oaklawn Farms grounds. A family effort that took over a year to complete. Over looking Hale Lake under the shade of mature Oak Trees, a waterfall that flows in to Hale Lake, beautiful pastures on one side and woods on the other. Brides dressing room, custom Crab Orchard stone fireplace, kitchen and restrooms.

Jake's Barn

From the timber frame and stone arbor in the garden to the patio overlook, Jake’s Barn offers something for everyone.

Resting high upon the ridge above the gulch where Byrd’s Creek flows is Jake’s Barn. This 5,100 square feet monitor style barn sits in the center of this 150,000 square feet event complex. Jake’s Barn is a combination of East Tennessee Appalachia and the Hill Country charm of Texas. Hand built over a three-year period, Jake’s Barn offers amazing views of the Crab Orchard Mountains and the hardwood forests of the Cumberland Plateau. Tucked into the southwest corner of our 240-acre family farm, Jake’s Barn is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset with family and friends alike.

Rainbow Valley Chapel

Rainbow Valley Chapel boasts both comfort and style.

It’s hard to picture the Appalachian Mountains of East Tennessee without also visualizing the little community church sitting among the oaks and wrapped in their limbs. There are countless bluegrass songs about those church houses and even more pictures which help to stir memories of days gone by. Rainbow Valley Chapel at Oaklawn Farms is an 80-seat wooden chapel which embodies the spirit of Appalachia. From entering the chapel between two bark covered hemlock logs, to the one of kind sourwood tree chandelier hanging high above the pews, it’s easy to feel right at home.

The Manor House at Oaklawn Farms is truly a gem of the South. A two story, French eclectic home that was built in 1935.
