About this venue

Thank you for your interest in Marathon Village. Our Event Space is located in a 106 year old factory. It has an antique oak staircase leading up to the third floor. The space itself has exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows with a view of the Nashville's downtown skyline. We have a beautiful Ready Room that is yours for the day of booking. Included in the rental are tables, chairs, and parking. If interested in touring the space please submit an inquiry through our website as we respond to that much quicker!

Room with a View

Amazing View!

Thank you for your interest in Marathon Village. Our Event Space is located in a 106 year old factory. It has an antique oak staircase leading up to the third floor. The space itself has exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows with a view of the Nashville's downtown skyline. We don't have a list preferred vendors, so the catering is 100% your choice. There is a stereo system hooked up with 1/8" cable in the room where a DJ can plug a computer or you can bring in your own equipment.

Included in this room:

We require a liability insurance policy for up to $1,000,000 for the day of the event. We also rent out tables and chairs. We have a Ready Room that is an included. This ready room fits up to 4 - 5 people comfortably. It has seating,  a full size body mirror, counter space, closet, large wall mounted  makeup mirror and individual make up mirrors. If you would like to add this to your contract please request it on your visit.

    This venue was absolutely perfect for our wedding! We were going for more of a rustic/industrial vibe and this was the perfect match. The 3rd floor venue was easily accessible for everyone, including our handicapable guests. We did have a few occurrences where there was a little bit of a communication error, but their team was quick to help us resolve all questions. I would highly recommend this venue!

    We LOVE working at the Room with and View. Victoria is truly a breath of fresh air and makes the planning process so smooth. If you are in Nashville and your are looking for a view and exposed brick, I would select a Room with a View.
