About this venue

Nestled “In the Bend” of the Cumberland River sits our little haven of countryside. The Barn in the Bend sits atop our 40 acre farm with views in all directions. When you look to the west and the reds and oranges of setting sun you will see the distant skyline of Nashville, TN. Gazing to the north another beautiful skyline of the hills and lights of the little town of Goodlettsville TN, and to the east the beautiful fenced pastureland and the cattle and horses on our farm. This family farm has been in operation since 1943 . We have raised our three sons here and love the country lifestyle and we know you will too. We would be honored to have you and your families celebrate one of the most important days of your lives here at the Barn in the Bend and make many memories to cherish for a lifetime.

What We Offer

Weddings at Barn in the Bend offer many opportunities for you and your fiance(e) to style your wedding up or down — from a country rustic wedding theme to a more elegant country vintage wedding. We offer a perfect venue for your ceremony and reception.

We feature an 8,000-square-foot climate-controlled reception barn for you and your guests to dance the night away. This converted horse stable contains concrete floors, Italian string lights, white draping, custom horse stalls and a designated bar area with custom hanging lights. Our covered chapel with sunset views and the Nashville skyline on the horizon is the perfect spot to “I DO” Adjacent to the chapel, enjoy our outdoor courtyard. This is a perfect optional spot to enjoy cocktails after the ceremony while overlooking the downtown Nashville skyline. Additionally, enjoy our beautiful Bride's suite and Groom's quarters designed specifically for you to feel luxurious comfort while preparing for the special day ahead.

    We cannot thank you enough for everything you & everyone did for Sydney and Luke Snyder's wedding! It was like a fairytale. First off, your place is magically beautiful, what an incredible venue you have. The decor, draping, lighting, the OUTSTANDING flowers were amazing! Mission BBQ was outstanding and delicious, everyone raved about it! DJ Travis was Awesome and did a wonderful job, everyone loved him! Megan, the coordinator, was phenomenal! Every guest mentioned how absolutely stunning the whole wedding was and how in awe they were with your beautiful venue! Our hearts couldn't be more full, and we will forever be thankful! Many blessings to you. I wish you well in the next weddings this month. Thank you again for Everything! I can't express how in awe we all were and are.
