About this venue

The Bedford Event Venue is located perfectly in the crossroads of Green Hills, Downtown Nashville and Brentwood. We offer seating for up to 400 inside or 575 when paired with the outdoor covered pavilion. The pavilion is the perfect place to start your cocktail reception. Our historical architecture shines with the exposed arched brick walls, high ceilings reaching 10 – 20 feet, ornate ironwork, arched windows, hardwood flooring and beautiful chandelier serve as the perfect backdrop for your wedding, corporate or social event.

Outdoor Pavilion

Our covered pavilion hosts 250 - 400 guests outside.

Garden Arbor

Our Arbor is sprinkled with Edison lights bulbs for 10-70 guests or a send off location to end your night.

Party Room

This is our largest indoor ceremony option holding up to 200 guests. It also serves as a reception space where you can start your night off right on our dance floor. Leave your shoes under the sofa sets that are built into your venue rental and dance the night away with your friends and family.

Juliet Balcony

Our balcony is the perfect spot to say "I do".

Our Juliet Balcony is a dreamy way for 20-160 guests to be seated throughout the second floor.
