About this venue

Jackalope Brewing Co. was founded in 2011 with a goal of fostering community, sustainability and inclusivity. Jackalope prides itself on being a welcoming place to come together over legendary beers. Our private event space, The Loft, comfortably seats around 60 guests and allows for 125 guests standing. The Loft is perfect for rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, receptions or farewell brunches. Guests can plan on enjoying a selection of beers while overlooking our brewing operations from the second floor windows. Other beverage options on hand include a rotating cider for our gluten free friends, wine, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages including Maypop Sparkling Water and Devil's Root craft sodas. Buyouts of our tap room, The Ranch, are available for larger gatherings up to 300 guests standing or 150 seated. Please inquire for more information. The Ranch features a smoke free patio that is dog friendly with a regulation shuffleboard court.

The Loft

A versatile space with a bird's eye view of Jackalope's brewing operations.

The Loft is located on the second floor of Jackalope Brewing Co.'s tap room and features a private bar, large windows overlooking Jackalope's production space and two ADA compliant restrooms. It comfortably seats around 60 guests or allows for 125 guests standing. Limited free onsite parking available with street parking and pay lots also available in the neighborhood.

$200 per hour before 4:00pm, $300 per hour after 4:00pm plus $25 per hour bartender fees (depending on guest count).

An expansive brewing oasis in the heart of Wedgewood Houston

The Ranch is ADA compliant and features a large indoor tap room and uncovered patio with a regulation sized shuffle board court. The Loft, Jackalope's upstairs private event space, can also be utilized for additional seating and use of a second bar.

The staff for the planning process as well as day of was impeccable. They truly helped make the event a fun, casual and amazing time. We couldn’t thank them enough and I highly recommend booking Jackalope for any event big or small!

We used Jackalope as our venue for our Welcome Party. It was AMAZING. The staff were so friendly and the space was perfect for our guest to mingle. Even leading up to the event, they were so helpful! 10/10 recommend!

April, May, September and October tend to be our busiest months with events getting booked months in advance. We always recommend reaching out to us at your earliest convenience to reserve a date! Our pricing stays consistent in peak and off-peak seasons.

January, February, March, July and August tend to have more openings.

All alcohol must be purchased on site via Jackalope Brewing Co., in keeping with TN State liquor laws. Any person bringing in outside alcohol will be asked to leave the premises. The bringing in of additional non-alcoholic drinks is allowed.

Jackalope Brewing Co. has several free parking spaces in the front and back of our building and there is a Park Happy lot in front of our building. There is free street parking available in the neighborhood as well. Please inform guests to be aware of any signs posted in the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood for paid parking. Jackalope will not be responsible for any parking fines incurred by guests.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and office/Loft entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Your reservation is completely customizable. For most events, we recommend a minimum of two and a half hour block of time to account for time to socialize and a meal. One complimentary hour of setup time is included in our rental fee along with a half our of tear down time.

No, our venue is fully insured.

Patrons may cancel their event at Jackalope Brewing Company up to 30 days before the event and receive a 100% refund of the deposit. If the event is cancelled between 29 days and 15 days the deposit is 50% refundable and non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the event.

Children are welcome at Jackalope with adult supervision! We pride ourselves on being a welcoming environment for all. Ask us about coloring pages and a set of antlers.

Yes! We ask that you refrain from attaching anything to our walls or bringing in open flames. Flowers, balloons, etc. are all fair game.

If you plan on consuming alcohol, yes! Our bartenders will I.D. anyone (yes, you!) if you order beer, wine or spirits.

Jackalope Brewing Co. private event beverage fees are based on consumption, not per head. We will only charge for what is ordered!

While we have a list of preferred, tried and true caterers available for our customers, we have an open catering policy and guests are welcome to bring in food from wherever they'd like!
