Arch Street Meeting House is a historic wedding venue located in Old City Philadelphia. The land on which Arch Street Meeting House stands was officially deeded to the Quakers in 1701 and used as a burial ground until 1872. The building was constructed in stages from 1803-1811 when need arose of a larger Meeting House in Philadelphia. The site is still an active place of worship in addition to being used as an educational museum space, and was designated a National Historic Landmark in 2011. It is frequently rented for conferences, weddings, dinners, and graduations. The building sits on just shy of 2 acres, and our grounds include both grassy & brick spaces and lots of mature trees. The entire site exudes an overall historic charm.

You have 3 hours with a golf cart + driver to escort you throughout the lush grounds for wedding photographs. Morris Arboretum offers 6 caterers for you to choose from (this is contracted separately, not included in our rental fee). From elopements to micro ceremonies to large gatherings - we are here to help with effortless planning. We are an outdoor garden with seasonal availability from April through October, and would love to share in your wonderful day!

Eagle Manor is a pre-colonial waterfront estate built in 1736 that boasts 10 bedrooms with fireplaces and marble bathrooms. The acres of waterfront lawn are ideal for wedding ceremonies while the expansive 2300 sq. ft. river deck is perfect for cocktail hours. Our cathedral size historic dairy barn is ideal for rustic receptions. Eagle Manor is more picturesque than most parks, with peacocks and other ornamental birds roaming the grounds. Great images can be taken from the river deck, the waterfront lawn, the historic dairy barn, and any number of our freshwater ponds. Our spacious grounds do not limit your guest count and give the perfect background to your celebration.
