About this venue

Eagle Manor is a pre-colonial waterfront estate built in 1736 that boasts 10 bedrooms with fireplaces and marble bathrooms. The acres of waterfront lawn are ideal for wedding ceremonies while the expansive 2300 sq. ft. river deck is perfect for cocktail hours. Our cathedral size historic dairy barn is ideal for rustic receptions. Eagle Manor is more picturesque than most parks, with peacocks and other ornamental birds roaming the grounds. Great images can be taken from the river deck, the waterfront lawn, the historic dairy barn, and any number of our freshwater ponds. Our spacious grounds do not limit your guest count and give the perfect background to your celebration.

Rustic Barn Wedding

Celebrate your waterfront wedding or rustic barn wedding at Eagle Manor

Our historic, 150 year old, dairy barn is ideal for hosting your rustic ceremonies or receptions. At 4,000 sq. ft., the barn has enough space to accommodate the largest of ceremonies or receptions. The barn overlooks our reflecting pond and historic corn crib which are ideal locations for photos.

Our expansive, multi-tiered, 2300 sq. ft. deck has a panoramic view of the Cohansey River which it overlooks. The deck is ideal for cocktail hour on the water. The lighting helps set the mood for magical evenings or sit around our firepit and roast s'mores!
