The rustic barn boasts character, featuring barn-board interior walls and high ceilings, while also offering curated decor and ambiance. Cecil Creek Farm features a variety of outdoor and indoor settings, ensuring ample spaces and scenery for your special day. This working farm, known for its organic vegetables and flowers, also provides two beautiful horses in a sunset-filled pasture overlooking the pond and galvanized windmill — presenting the perfect backdrop for unforgettable photos and life-long memories. Cecil Creek Farm is also equipped with an in-house team of culinary experts and supporting staff. Conveniently located about 30 minutes from Philadelphia, Cecil Creek Farms is surrounded by a range of nearby hotels and inns, ensuring comfortable accommodations for overnight guests.

Denise and Sam at Cecil Creek Farm were amazing and experienced wedding venue hosts. They responded to our inquiries very quickly via text, phone, and email, which was hugely helpful during the wedding planning process. The venue itself is beautiful, with a charming barn, market, greenhouse, horses, and wildflowers that created a truly unique and memorable backdrop for our special day. Denise was genuinely caring and accommodating, taking great care of my family, my husband, and myself. She was on top of every detail, from the timeline to the decorations, and even my florist was impressed and grateful for her assistance. The quality of the facilities and overall value Cecil Creek Farm provided exceeded our expectations, and we are so glad we chose them to host our wedding.

Cecil Creek Farm has its own Executive Chef & catering team; the only outside food permitted is dessert.

We will strive to meet your guests’ dietary restrictions in the most seamless manner, i.e. the guest that is gluten intolerant will receive gluten-free mac & cheese, rather than an entirely different entrée selection.

The earliest arrival time is 8:00 am. We will provide breakfast items such as muffins, yogurt, fruit and juices. If you arrive at 12:00 pm or later, we will provide charcuterie.

Your pet is welcome to join you on your big day at the ceremony circle or any outside setting, just not in the Barn or Market.

We do rehearsals two days before your wedding at the time closest to your wedding time. We also offer a tailored dinner menu should you decide to stay after your rehearsal.

We offer an extended time for your event, however we will start earlier as all events must conclude by 10:00 pm due to the local noise ordinance.

Cecil Creek is a working farm, and as cigarette smoke can damage our crops, we only allow smoking in the designated areas. We only allow the smoking of cigarettes or cigars, all other types of smoking is not permitted.

Yes, our bartenders will pack up your unused beer and wine for you to take. In the event you would like to leave it, it will be returned to the vendor after your event.

We will pack up your decorations the night of your event and depending on whether we have another event the next day, will store them appropriately at the Farm until you can pick them up.

Each year, in February, we invite all of the weddings for the year and have each couple taste the menu they selected as well as meet our preferred DJ’s, photographers, bakery & make-up artists. We also offer private tasting appointments.

Yes, all open flames must be protected by a glass globe or vase or lantern. No open flames are permitted
