This beautiful building was built in the late 1800s as a railroad station to support the loading, unloading, and storage of freight. In 1990, it was restored to become a function hall that can easily accommodate 120 of your closest family and friends. The leather belt-driven ceiling fans, wooden phone booth, beadboard ceilings and walls, vintage baggage cart, and authentic gas-fired, pot-bellied stoves add to the charming atmosphere of this function hall. Our hall is the perfect setting for weddings & receptions. There is also the option to add our Out-of-Town Guest Suite for overnight stays. This one bedroom quarters is a one minute drive and a short walk to the venue hall.

Maine's only greenhouse event venue exclusively designed for wedding receptions and ceremonies. 2021 marks 72 years of Highland Farm’s history in Scarborough, Maine. From the beginning, the property has been operating as a greenhouse. In fact, in the 1800’s, Highland Farm was the largest supplier of cut flowers in the Northeast. Highland Farm is a family owned and operated business, and the undeniable sense of family and welcome energy is palpable the moment you step on the grounds. The saying is true here: “you come as strangers and leave as family.” The Greenhouse and The Farm has been run by 3rd generation owners, Joe and Christine since 2008, but Joe and Christine’s involvement in the farm runs far deeper than ownership. Welcome to The Barn at Bull Meadow, a 7,000 square foot rustic yet modern wedding and event center located less than 10 minutes from downtown Concord, New Hampshire. The Seacoast Science Center is situated on the ocean’s edge in historic Odiorne Point State Park in Rye, NH boasts a different view each hour, from the tides to fog clearing into clear sky. Exchange vows in front of our rocky shoreline ceremony site with the sound of crashing waves, followed by dinner and dancing beneath an al fresco tent all while enjoying ocean panoramas with sparkling seas dotted with sailboats, four different lighthouses, and the Isles of Shoals. Historic, breath taking 4 story barn The farm and barn are about 200 years old, and the barn was originally used for cows. Over the years, it has been very well taken care of, so the original beams are still there, in sizes and shapes that you just can't get anymore! The owners are the third generation in their family to take care of the property and are very grateful to be the current stewards. The barn renovations completed in 2020 and it is all ADA compliant and up to code. In the barn, there is a full sound system, 14 chandeliers, a beautiful live edge bar top, two high end composting toilets (the flushing kind!), massive barn blue doors on each end, and a grand entrance staircase. The barn holds up to 200 people and is big enough that you don't have to rent a tent even with tables and chairs, a major benefit and money saver! In the event of rain, you can use the barn as a ceremony and reception space.

The Barn was originally built in the year 1830 in Oxford, Maine, and used to be a dairy farm and apple orchard owned by the Pratt family. In 2015, it was transformed into an idyllic wedding & special event venue. The 1830 Wedding Barn is a classic, New England gem set back off of Route 26, surrounded by Maine farmland. Inside of the barn you will see impressive hand hewn beams, original wooden floors and walls, and repurposed original antiques like the hanging apple orchard ladders, hay-claw chandelier, and the Hebron Academy milk cooler. The barn’s historic quality creates a unique experience for guests to celebrate any event. Outside of the barn you will see rolling hills, fields stretching to the edge of the woods, trees from the original apple orchard (which we still bake pies from!), and sunsets fading to the western side of the property. Guests are welcome to enjoy and explore the outside areas of the existing apple orchard and surrounding grounds.

The barn at ColdSpring Farm was built in 2008-09 and updated as a venue in 2019. It is a true post and beam barn intended originally for our horses but they prefer to be outside no matter what the weather or season! The barn is rustic yet elegant and has many lovely features to facilitate your special day! The downstairs is fully equipped for dining or dancing, cocktails or even your ceremony should rain threaten. The upstairs is bright, open and typically where dinner is served and a great place for dancing into the evening. A sweet Bride's Cottage sits near our ceremony area. It is a magical little cottage meant for the bride and her party. The ceremony area is fully of live edge benches and a beautiful cedar arbor. And finally, the patio has a large fire pit, a bocce court, rustic tables and plenty of spots for s'mores and fun throughout your day and evening.

Apple Acres Farm is a certified organic fruit farm located just 45 minutes west of Portland, Maine, in the western Lakes & Mountains region. Your ceremony and reception will be nestled in the trees, overlooking the Saco River Valley. Our venue offers a wide variety of packages with a starting cost of $5,000 + rentals (tent, chairs, tables etc). This historical site was first designed in 1927 for former governor of Massachusetts, Alvan Fuller. We are one of the last working formal estate gardens of the early 20th century. The meticulously maintained rose gardens, with over one hundred varieties, begin their season long bloom cycle in late June and continue through October. There is a Japanese garden, complete with a small bridge and Koi pond, which blooms in early May. The English perennial plantings provide a continuous array of color and interest from spring until fall. The gardens are lined within large sculpted hedges, and the rose beds are framed in an array of superbly kept turf paths.
