With panoramic views of tidal marshlands, woods and preserve, the estate includes two newly renovated, historic homes, a multi-level barn, and an unparalleled view of the sunset. Every element has been thoughtfully restored— retaining the perfect amount of charm combined with present-day luxury. We rent the entire estate for four nights, from Thursday to Monday and can comfortably sleep 26 guests. Surrounded by stunning views and Maine salt air, we are just 15 minutes from downtown Portsmouth, NH and the fine restaurants, arts, and culture of the Seacoast. Built in 1732, this New England beauty can accommodate up to 18 of your guests and offers a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, private dining patio with bistro lights, and game room with pool table and darts. The house gets tons of great natural light, and has pastoral views of the river or fields from every window.
