I feel like within seconds of arriving at The Emereld Hill we knew that we had found our spot. Ashley was so so welcoming and attentive during our tour and answered any and all questions we had. There wasn’t an ounce of pressure to hurry up and sign and it didn’t just feel like we were just another another open wallet to feed a business (as was the case with some of the other venues we toured). She has been so communicative and understanding throughout our wedding planning process and has truly gone above and beyond to make sure our wedding day is special. Also of note, this is one of the few venues that puts their available dates and venue prices clearly on their website. If you have been on the wedding venue hunt you know how amazingly convenient this is as it saves you so much time/energy as opposed to having to inquire/email with every venue just to find out they don’t have your date or are outside your price range.”

We have in house catering, bartending and coordination availability for your event, but we welcome outside vendors of our clients choice, if you prefer. It is owned and operated by Mark and Kari, a husband-and-wife team who bring years of hospitality experience to every couple they host. Together, they have designed their property to provide a setting featuring inviting event spaces, invaluable amenities, luxurious overnight accommodations, and more. The gorgeous outdoor ceremony location is nestled under towering trees for refreshing shade with a backdrop of the vineyard and an amazing view of Pilot Mountain. There is also a beautiful indoor ceremony option with an amazing view of Pilot Mountain. Receptions take place inside and outside. The luxurious climate-controlled space has been designed for parties and features a roomy dance floor.

“Pilot Mountain Vineyards is the best of the best. I was a bride at their stunning venue, and my husband and I feel so unbelievably grateful to have found this place. Kari and Mark (owners) are exceptional: a duo who make the wedding planning and wedding day stress-free, fun, and easy. The food was so delicious, I've asked for their Marry Me Chicken recipe! We had guests coming up throughout the night to tell us not only how delicious the food was, not only how gorgeous the view was, not only how fun the music selection was (PMV is the DJ too!) but how it was the BEST WEDDING they'd ever attended. When we ran into a bump in the timeline (I REALLY wanted that First Look moment, but we had spent too much time on pre-ceremony shots), Kari stopped the traffic to the venue so that we could still have this essential, beautiful moment to ourselves. We got our First Look photos, thanks to Kari. She saved the day! And made it so smooth after that. We will never forget this night. We will never forget Kari and Mark and their incredible venue. We will never forget how they made us feel. Thank you”
