We booked The Graduate for our wedding in December and it was awesome. We had a lot of guest in from out of town so being able to do everything at one venue was very convenient for everyone. We worked with Michael W. and he was very helpful throughout the entire process. We had a couple of hiccups but Michael was able to get things squared for us. All in all we had a great experience and so did our guests. I would highly recommend.

The venue itself has a speakeasy vibe we loved. It was affordable and included all of the things we were looking for. We loved all of the photo opportunities (the building has beautiful exposed brick, and Mears park is right around the corner). We especially loved the rooftop and skyline photos. Victoria, the venue manager, was so accommodating and helpful. She helped us organize a micro ceremony in the reception space, helped set up, and even captured and shared pictures and videos of our day with us. She went above and beyond to help make our day special and individualized to us.

My wife and I got married here in September, and we were so happy with our venue choice! Summit Manor is beautiful, and it was crucial to us that we had rooms at the venue for getting ready rather than having to get ready somewhere else. We had the ceremony outside under the big oak tree with the provided arch, and it was an absolutely beautiful fall day. Our cocktail hour was outside, and for the rest of the reception our guests were able to wander in and out, mingling outside and dancing inside. The mansion vibes were excellent, with all of the dark wood, bookshelves, built in decor, and downstairs speakeasy. We barely had to bring any of our own decorations. David was so easy to work with, and made all of the planning very seamless. He was happy to accommodate our requests for a charcuterie table cocktail hour and breakfast for dinner. We got so many compliments on the food! The venue size was perfect for our guest count of 100. Highly recommend Summit Manor as a wedding venue.

Originally built in 1895 it features gorgeous tin ceilings, handcrafted bars, original hardwood floors, reclaimed barn wood, crystal chandeliers, exposed brick walls and lots of windows. A little while ago I reached out to The 3 Ten Event Venue to host my parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary. From that moment on it was an amazing experience! The First 10: Communication. I had a lot of questions about the space, how things would work (this was coming out of a lot of unknowns from the Covid restrictions and such). Every question was answered promptly with a wealth of information. It truly made me feel at ease and knew that this would be a good experience. As we progressed with the planning and details the coordinators really helped. I thought I was pretty savvy with planning and ideas, but their suggestions and guidance really brought it all together. The Second 10: The Space. For our size of group, the upstairs was a perfect spot. I love historic buildings and the way they designed the space really celebrates the history, but also incorporates modern amenities that bring a fresh feel. It was great for our anniversary party, but I could see hosting pretty much any occasion there. The Third 10: Service. Echoing the great communication I mentioned earlier, the service seamlessly took up the reins when our event began. All the details were on point. Staff was all very professional and attentive. I know that The 3 Ten hosts a lot of weddings and that really showed with this 50th Wedding Anniversary - it all came together in a way that really celebrated their wedding. While most of us at the event were not there when they were married 50 years ago, we all left with feeling closer to it than before, a new of sense appreciation and celebrating that day. It was just touches that they did that I didn't expect and it was executed beautifully.

This historic, city venue is a private location for couples to host their weddings, with floor-to-ceiling views of the surrounding city from high above it. There is also a rooftop ceremony location. Couples will find this venue on the University of Minnesota’s campus, just a 10-minute drive from the Stone Arch Bridge up the river.

We had an unforgettable wedding at the University of Minnesota Campus Club in February. We had about 6 months to plan our wedding and working with the staff at the Campus Club made the planning process more fun than anything! They had great taste and suggestions for the wedding, responded quickly to questions, and were so kind. We were also allowed to have our dog at the ceremony! It made the planning process streamlined because we could have the ceremony, dinner, food, and the dance floor all in one place. The venue already had so much character that one doesn't need a lot of extra decorations (and extra work). The space is so large that it does not feel crowded to have the entire wedding at this location. What drew us to this location were the stunning views of Minneapolis, the incredible food options (the guests could not stop talking about the steak!), and the multiple options you had for room choices. We rented out the West Wing and the bar area, which proved to be a great option for guests to mingle after the ceremony and before dinner. With amazing views, delectable food, and a beautiful venue it made our wedding a perfect day!

This event space has a great industrial vibe with some beautiful rustic elements added in to make this a perfect space to hold all types of celebrations! We offer a very raw industrial space with massive beams and high ceilings. With an outdoor ceremony space and patio, you are able to have your city wedding with a secluded feel. Our mission with The Sinclair on Grand is to provide people with exceptional hospitality, a unique and flexible space, where people from all walks of life can host the wedding that they envision! The Sinclair on Grand is effortlessly cool and romantic, which were exactly the vibes we were going for with our Minneapolis wedding of 200 people. To achieve this feeling of effortlessness, Adam and Christina and their team worked so hard for us and we highly recommend also hiring them as your planners. They are worth every penny. The venue is gorgeous without having to spend a fortune on decorations, and the space flows beautifully for a fun, easy, uncomplicated event. With a massive garage door that floods the space with air and light, to an adorable and versatile patio area where we had Solo Stove bonfires crackling into the night, it was just what we were envisioning. Parking is easy-breezy, and a bunch of our family got cute Airbnbs nearby to enjoy the weekend in Northeast Minneapolis. Only note is to know you'll need to rent a bathroom trailer if your wedding is more than 100 (?) people, but they set up at the Sinclair all the time and it couldn't have been easier. We LOVE the Sinclair on Grand and can't recommend it enough.
