What is your catering & bar policy?

We allow opened licensed and insured catering and bar service. All catering & bar service must be approved by us, and be insured and licensed through the state of Minnesota.

Do you have getting ready spaces?

Yes, we have partnered with the coffee roasters next to us to create two getting ready spaces, fully equipped with hair & makeup stations, comfy furniture, and beautiful natural light, making it the perfect space for you and your people to get ready!

Can we bring our own desserts?

Yes, as long as it is from a licensed and insured baker.

Do you have any requirements for the vendors that we work with in your facility?

We do ask that anyone hanging anything or using ladders in the space, show us a copy of their liability insurance. Listing our business name as additional insured. We require to see this at least 30 days prior to the event.

Do you have any other vendor requirements?

We don’t require you hire a day of coordinator, but we do require you to have a representative on the day of. You are not required to use the venues coordinators, we have a huge list of pre-approved, trustworthy planners for you if you need help finding someone. We do require they be approved by us prior to working here.

Do you have a recommended vendor list?

Of course we do! You are free to pick any vendor that you would like to come create in this space, but if you need some recommendations, we have a ton for you!

Friday - $4000. Saturday - $5000. Sunday - $3000. Inquire to learn more about Monday - Thursday rates!

Yes! We require event insurance for all events! We have resources for you, to make it easy!

Is security required?

We do require security for any event where alcohol is being served. We have partnered with a great company to give your guest the best experience!

Who is my main contact?

When you book the sinclair on Grand, you will have a venue manager who will be here for you through out the planning process! They will be here to answer emails and phone calls. They will hold your final detail meeting to coordinate all the details and your third-party vendors. Our venue manager is on-site the day of your event starting with vendor / client access.

Do you have on-site parking?

We do! Our parking lot can accommodate, 50 cars, there is near by on-street parking as well. We also have partnered with a great valet service!
