We’re John & Jaime Boling, and we turned our corporate blahs into a fabulous dream with Milepost 1808! Growing up on southern farms, we always yearned to get back to our roots. With six years of event planning experience from Greenville Magazine, I thrived on the buzz of big bashes. Then, two years ago, we dove into planning our daughter’s wedding, and bam! I was hooked on the joy of it all! So, we took a bold leap, snagged 30 acres, and rolled up our sleeves to transform our vision into reality: an agricultural paradise, a horse boarding haven, and a stunning event venue! Fast forward to August 2024, and our event barn is finally ready to rock! We can’t wait to bask in all the love as families and friends come together to celebrate. I mean, who doesn’t love a good love story, right?

It has two beautifully landscaped garden spaces that can be used for cocktail hour or ceremony spaces. The entire facility has a brick and rod iron privacy fence surrounding the property. The venue includes three historic buildings connected by beautiful cobblestone walkways, lush landscape, landscape lighting as well as cafe lights. Riverain Farm has plenty of parking available for easy arrival and departure.
