The property has many features you are sure to enjoy: sleeping arrangements for 40+ guests, walking trails, barn gathering and event area, wildlife, hot tubs, fireplaces, tee box and more. Each element of the property can be rented individually or the entire complex can be rented. Currently there are four elements: The Lodge, The Cabin, The Apartment and The Reception Barn. We own and operate a mobile bar business and have multiple boutique bar options to choose from if you book your wedding with us! We offer site only pricing for your ceremony or more inclusive pricing for ceremony, reception, catering, bar services and even our adorable mini donkeys as beverage burros for your wedding! We have the perfect hillside for your vows and a beautiful reception site that can accommodate up to a 40'x60' tent. Celebrate Milestones & Create Cherished Memories with The Meadows! We are a homeowner's association with a rental facility known as The Grange, which is located 30 minutes between Denver and Colorado Springs. Opened in 2004, The Grange seamlessly blends rustic charm with contemporary amenities. Central aspects include natural light, grand ceilings, a bar and prep kitchen, a covered patio with heating capabilities, and a perimeter of garage doors for a free-flowing indoor/outdoor concept. Renting with us is “DIY” - We provide the venue, plus some amenities, and you bring it to life (no required vendors). Please note we are NOT an all-inclusive venue and our rates are HOURLY. Illuminations at Arrow Vista Ranch is a rustic outdoor wedding venue located in Hartsel, Colorado. Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, this property promises stunning 360-degree views of the surrounding countryside. Illuminations is surrounded by Ponderosa Pines and wildflowers. Evergreen Lake House is a beautiful rustic log cabin perfect for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and rehearsals. Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and overlooking the beautiful Evergreen Lake, this 5,000-square-foot lodge integrates the charm of an intimate celebration into a warm ballroom-like spaciousness. The Great Room, which seats up to 200 people, is fitted with a large stone fireplace and several floor-to-ceiling glass doors that provide easy access to the spectacular view beyond. The smaller Octagon Room has seven windowed sides– so no matter where you are inside, the scenic outdoors are never hidden from view! For outdoor ceremonies, the deck seats up to 100 people (with additional standing room). The deck features log railings and a flagstone step down to the grassy lawn. We host weddings year-round: enjoy the warmth of late-July sunsets, the abundance of golden aspens in September, or the fairytale snowfalls in January at Evergreen Lake.

1 C Barn is an elegantly rustic custom home/retreat surrounded by 15 acres of land in picturesque Colorado. With timbers sourced out of the Black Forest burn, siding from the original land homesteader, and beetle kill pine throughout the interior, it holds a refined country barn ambiance. 1 C Barn has been specifically designed for intimate, simple, and fun gatherings up to 65 people (maximum capacity)

Switchbacks Entertainment is a sports center and modern wedding venue located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The stadium is home to the professional soccer team, the Colorado Springs Switchbacks Football Club. It offers a variety of versatile event spaces and welcomes gatherings of 20 to 350 people. The attentive administration here is prepared to go above and beyond in making each couples’ celebration an unforgettable experience.

Black Forest Meadows offers a story book setting with a bridal changing room in the Main Barn, the Forest Pavilion, Great Lawn and Grassy Knoll for your ceremony & reception, views of Pikes Peak and Alpacas!

Cherokee Ranch & Castle features breathtaking views of the Rockies, 3,400 acres of unspoiled land and wildlife sanctuary, and a 1450s Scottish-style Castle with exquisite collections of art and antiques. The pristine property, historic venue and dedicated staff will make your event an enchanting experience, leaving you and your guests with enduring memories. The maximum capacity inside the Castle is 75 guests. During certain months of the year, our Veranda Tent is available and can accomodate up to 150 guests. The Castle is available January through December, and the Veranda Tent is available May through September (October, weather permitting).
