We were in the traditional wedding business under the umbrella business, Panache Catering, Inc, for over 30 years and left it because we eventually were worn out by what it had become. In that time we catered thousands of weddings. The expectations among a some groups of wedding families simply became impossible to meet. When you host your wedding at the Highlands Ranch Mansion, you have exclusive use of the 27,000 square foot mansion and 2 acres of outdoor property. The Highlands Ranch Mansion has a list of approved full-service caterers for you to choose from. All alcoholic beverages are purchased through the Mansion. Tables and chairs for up to 225 guests are included with your rental, and will be set up in advance of your event.
