About this venue
Built-in the late 1800’s Morningside Manor is one of Arvada’s most historic sites. The Victorian house and lush grounds are ideal for weddings, receptions, and special events. The house contains a parlor, grand room, bride’s room, an atrium with a dance floor. The grounds surrounding the manor feature gardens, mature trees, and gazebos.

We are available February-December. Please contact us for availability.
You may provide beer, wine and champagne for your event (limited hard alcohol may be approved), and may be served for a maximum of 4 hours. All alcohol must be dispensed by a licensed and insured bartender (provided by a caterer or bartender service). If you choose to have a keg you must rent our kegerator.
