Kaitlin Shea Weddings was the smartest decision we made in our wedding planning process. We used Kaitlin Shea Weddings for their day of coordinator expertise, and with that received monthly connects leading up to our big day. We had a great experience working with Kaitlynn Zerr. She kept us on track of the endless wedding "to-dos" and was always a text or e-mail away. The day of was a breeze. As the Bride, I didn't feel even the slightest worry or stress. I knew we were in good hands with Kaitlynn and Jon. We dropped of all of our decor the night before and created an inventory list leading up to the wedding that had all the details needed. Everything was executed PERFECTLY, all the details were exactly as we had dreamed up. They didn't miss a beat, even between shuffling from the mountain top ceremony to the in-town reception. Kaitlin Shea Weddings was phenomenal to work with for Day of Coordination on our wedding day. The team was a great resource leading up to the event and made sure we remembered to think of little details. Kat, who supported us on the day-of, was very knowledgeable and useful at our rehearsal to make sure everyone in our wedding party knew what to do. On our wedding day, everything went flawlessly. The room was set up perfectly and any hiccups were handled effortlessly that I didn't know what was going on. I highly recommend Kaitlin Shea for future events!

Kaitlin and her team have made my wedding planning a breeze. She was referred by a friend, and she is an angel! From our first meeting to the finishing touches, she thinks of everything and goes above and beyond to make the process easy. I was overwhelmed with all the elements of planning a wedding, and she made me feel at ease and go into the wedding feeling excited and not stressed. She really focuses on getting to know the couple and provide guidance to make decision making easier. Not only that, she is just a really cool person. I've had the privilege of working with Kaitlin and her team on multiple occasions. Every wedding with Kaitlin Shea Weddings is thoughtfully crafted with gorgeous details, seamless timelines, and at the end of it all, very happy couples (& vendors!). I cannot recommend them enough!
